Wonderful cycling experience. We hired a tandem and normal cycle. The owner of Park Cycle is a very pleasant and helpful guy. The bikes were well maintained and we were given a good discount as we were very big group. The park is a natural reserve, very beautiful place to get lost in the nature on a good weather. You could spot many cyclists, dog walkers and the Map is handy for the first timers. Wonderful experience of observing deer herd.

Great wee bike rental at Roehampton gate, Richmond park. About £20 for a 2 hour rental in peak season, which is enough time to cycle around the whole park perimeter and stop for an ice cream. Bikes not in the best condition (my gear dial was broken off), and seats are hard, but they work fine and do the job - gets you round the park for a lovely day Keep an eye out for the deer that roam the park too

My wife and I hired bikes and a trailer for our 1 and 4 year olds and we all enjoyed a brilliant ride round Richmond Park this morning. Highly recommend these guys at Parkcycle. Great service, super friendly and excellent value for money. The equipment was good too. Most hires are around £10 per hour. They have tools you can use to adjust your bike. Fast and efficient system for booking and paying.

Amazing place with loads of decent bikes that are well maintained. Really friendly enthusiastic guys that run it. The manager, some kind of mechanic shaman, was able to fix what I would call a major problem in the blink of an eye. Impressed.

Ragu was incredibly helpful when I’d got my second puncture of the day and helped me find what the real problem was, a piece of flint on the inside of the tire - he also kindly replaced the inner tube with one of his own, what a gent!

We had a great after cycling around Richmond Park yesterday, i hired the tandem bike with my daughter but the only problem i had was the gears did not working properly; parkcycle need to maintain their bikes more often - especially at the prices they charge? Other that a glorious day on our first time on a tandem, 'parkcycle' please make it easier next time, those slopes were unnecessarily hard! Thank you

Such an unusual place to stop for a meal or a coffee. Enjoyed by dog walkers cyclists, & families. The menu is different, not just bacon sandwiches. Fabulous service, staff helpful, knowledgeable. The outside is area is welcome to cyclists, walkers, dog walkers & families. Caters for all. Plus sell ice creams. Lovely vies across Richmond Park

Yes, it's expensive. But remember they will only charge as much as people are willing to pay, and as you will see, they do a brisk trade. On the plus side, they are conveniently located next to the park entrance and a charming cafe. They are well-stocked - it is rare that there will not be a bike available or that you have to wait more than 15 minutes for the next return. Back to the expense - for two hours in the summer you can expect to pay £18 for a mountain bike or £36 for a road bike. So really, if practical, you should consider just buying your own mountain bike for £85 from Decathlon. If my review was helpful to you, please give me a thumbs up 👍🏼 Thanks!

Rented 4 bikes here yesterday, Great park with variety of tracks to test different levels. Bikes could be in a bit better condition and the guy working there really didn’t seem bothered to want to help us. Apart from that a fun 2 hours was had.

Awesome place to hire a bike. Not sure why everyone is complaining about the price etc and calling it a rip off? The price is clearly advertised as per the peak and off peak season. It is designed for people who done own a bike or can't be bothered to bring your own. No one is forcing you to hire them.

If don't have Common sense, or something like 360 degree brain, or for that matter care of yourself and respect you are likely to find not only your upside down or mixed in the rake of your bike, stupidity is the most common sense with bikers, every time you get on and off that bike ride you're highly likely to be bumped off. Speed with no common sense is a foolish attitude, you will get bumped off in most cases you're "unfortunate" or you will sure knock down a innocent people. Ride bikes as though you are driving a vehicle, underestimate at your own risk. In this park there are danger spots, check, ride with 360 degree mindset.

Visited Richmond park to do the loop. Was nice. No too many cars or deers in the way. Would do it again time permitting Did not go to the cafe though

I took mountain bike for £9 an hour. It does the job properly. Make sure you stay in the bike Lanes only. And look for deers of course.

The kids trailers don't keep them very dry in the rain, my poor 2 year old was covered in mud by the end of it. Mud guards on the bikes would have been a welcome addition. Customer service a bit unenthusiastic! £50 for 2 hours for 2 bikes and a trailer. Probably won't do it again!

Stopped in with a hop in my rear wheel and turned out quite a few spokes were loose. Thought it would be a quick adjustment but Ragu was very helpful and got them all tightened up and the wheel was tip top again. Great service and nice people!!
