My bike fit with Spencer was outstanding and I really felt the benefit of his expertise, patience and encouragement all the way through. No detail was too small and it was as if he was on the bike with me. It was such an enjoyable, worthwhile experience and the result has transformed my ride - thank you Spencer!

I left my bike for service this morning and by 4:40pm it was ready for pickup. Spencer and his team did a terrific job in cleaning, replacing tubes, beak and gear inner cables on my 15 year old bike. I have never seen my bike so clean not felt so responsive! I highly recommend this bike shop if you are in the Kensington area.

I went to Personal Bikefit for a fitting prior to cycling the NC500 in Scotland at the end of August. Spencer really knows his stuff and takes the time to understand what is going on with your fit, your previous issues, and ultimately offers solutions. I was really impressed by his insistence on coming back with any issues - Spencer really cares about getting it right for you. It's a great value service that I'd highly recommend!

I had an excellent and very comprehensive bikefit with Spencer. He reviewed my current bike and riding position and made essential changes to improve performance and fix a hip pain problem. I did 75 miles round the Surrey hills the day after and my average speed was noticeably improved with no more pain, so I am happy with the result. Compared to the price of new bike kit this was a great value upgrade!

Spencer is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in bike fitting along with expertise in biomechanics when riding your bike. Before my bike fit I was struggling with backache towards the end of long rides and wasn’t pushing as much power as I would like. After my fit my position on the bike is much more comfortable, faster and no more backaches after long rides!

I visited Spencer for a bike fitting. I ride several 1000s miles per year, my last bike fitting was done several years ago and since then I changed bikes more than once. Over the past couple of years I started developing some minor aches during long rides and decided a new professional fitting was due. Spencer was very helpful, we spent a full 3 hours looking at all details from cleats, insoles, to position of saddle, handlebar, brake levers. We adjusted several settings to look for my optimal/ natural position. The result felt good already in the shop, but the test of truth was when I started doing long ride on the road with my fitted bike. My burning in the left foot didn’t show up anymore, as well as the tension in the neck and shoulder (I also made few new PB as well :). It was also a pleasure talking about cycling in general during the session. Thank you Spencer. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a professional bike fitting in a friendly environment.

Serious attention to detail and very interactive fitting service. I'm training for a triathlon and taking the bike set-up more seriously. Found the 2.5 hour fitting session a real crash course in bio mechanics and harnessing power through better configuration. Spencer is an incredibly knowledgabe guy and has really looked after me. He gets things done quickly and he is obsessed with the details. The fitting made a huge difference to me, basically having ridden in a wrong position for 20 years. Spencer fixed it all in two hours! Highly recommended.

Spencer was very knowledgeable and thorough during the fit, with high precision and focusing on small details and explaining every step along the whole process. After reviewing various bike fitters in London I decided to use Personal Bikefit.com. I sent and email about arranging an appointment and after a few few emails back and forth a booked an appointment a couple weeks later on 20th June. This was a bit of a blind booking and I had no idea what to expect. I personally feel there are two aspects to a bike fit. One is the the experience and the other is the result of the fit itself. The experience: When I turned up Spencer met me at the door. The studio was spacious, clean and a nice space. Spencer spent some time understanding my requirements, my medical/injury history and what I am looking for from the fit. He then systematically moved across the different aspects of my fit. At all points explaining the reason for the changes and how the changes engage different muscle groups or how the change will effect my comfort on the bike. At the end of the fit I had a few shims in my shoes, saddle lowered and a much longer stem than I expected. I was comfortable will all changes made and the reasons for the changes. At no point did I feel that Spencer was trying to sell to me and the price for the parts I required where reasonable. The results: I have now been out for a few rides since my fit. I can notice that I am engaging more muscles in my legs which will take a little time to strengthen up but even with the fatigue in these muscle groups I am around half a mph quicker than before. I think I’m a few weeks this will increase. I have noticed a significant improvement in comfort and the bike has become much better to handle with an unexpected reduction in road buzz. Conclusion: I would highly recommend Personal Bikefit.com and Spencer. I have the results I wanted in respect of the fit and I enjoyed the whole process

If you don't have time to read my long review - this is the place. If you've ended up here, you are here for a reason and there is no one better than Spencer, and no place better than Personal Bike Fit. Now for the long version....I'm relatively new to cycling. Been biking for a lot of my life, but never with any instruction or purpose other than to have fun. In the current pandemic/covid situation I realised I was getting very few 'steps' in per day and remembered my enjoyment cycling and decided to buy a great bike. I found the exact bike I wanted, however due to the global shortage with bicycles I had to purchase online without a proper fitting. After doing a ton of research I decided to enlist Spencer and Personal BikeFit to help me out. Having moved from the states, without much other than what I could carry - I needed some guidance.I Spencer helped me out a ton! He understood my needs and fit the bike perfectly for me. He gave me a few posture and coaching tips as well. He made sure I had all my questions answered before I left the store. Since our visit I am riding more much more comfortably and noticing the difference big time! Additionally he helped me choose shoes that fit beyond perfectly as well. Any items I asked about that he didn't have in store he not only made excellent recommendations, but emailed me the links where I could by them. Spencer's professionalism and most of all his contagious enthusiasm was evident throughout the 3 hours I spent with him. I honestly cannot recommend Spencer and Personal BikeFit enough!!

Anyone who has never heard of getting fitting to there bike i would strongly suggest that you would.And Spencer is the man to go to see for this.It sorted out my back problems and also increased my over all performance and sustainability on my bike for long distance.Lovely studio set up and the one to one was tops.

My bike chain broke on the way to work and this was the only place that could do repairs early in the morning. The owner managed to do a quick repair that got me to work and ordered a new chain for the next day and managed to fit in a repair the same day. Excellent service at a good price, would highly recommend.
