M. D. L. V.Saw the write up in GQ magazine so we decided to buy a few of these bikes for guests to use when they stay with us. The feedback so far has been extremely positive. Guests love the colours and comfortable ride and its really bought something extra to our offering. The lifetime guarantee was a big draw for us and they are proving to be very low maintenance - so we are very happy. Thinking about buying some more in 2022.
M. M.I love my steed bike, it's such a smooth ride and super affordable. I've got the thoroughbred in Atlantic blue and I'm obsessed! Everyone compliments it. It's comfortable, stylish and sexy and get's me around London in style. Also had a few questions before purchasing and the customer service was brilliant. Couldn't be happier, highly recommend.
m. k.Good bike for Londoners. Quality is good. I enjoy the rides to work and fun rides during the weekends. Good value for money as bikes are quite expensive after the pandemic. For those that are afraid to build the bike themselves, I have to say it was pretty easy (and I’m not any type of engineer).

I had shopped around a little and found these bikes to be good value so decided to pick it (also really liked how the stallion looked so couldn't really pass it up!)
It arrived in great time, even though shipments to northern Ireland can often take a little bit of extra time to arrive, the bike was delivered exactly when expected and only a few days after I ordered it.
The bike looks and feels great. I did have a small issue with a puncture when it arrived, but you expect that when shipping and all it took was a new tube to get it all fixed up.
Though I did get some new puncture resistant tyres as I will be using this for commuting.
Overall, have loved the experience and I'm loving the bike, would definitely recommend it.
A.I had always thought that single speed bikes were just for shoreditch hipster types and were really impractical, and the ones I have tried before weren't that great.
However, this Steed bike has blown that idea on its head. The Steed is a really amazing bike with some go in it ;-). I thought that it was going to be a tough ride but it easy and smooth and I felt like it pulled away itself when setting off. I really love the ride and the saddle wasnt too hard, for a new bike not worn in; I soon got used to it, and now its really comfortable. It's a nifty little mover and its easy on the eye...what more could anyone want!!!
S. P.I took the Thoroughbred out for a spin for the first time at the weekend and I loved it! Smooth and comfortable - it was a pleasure to ride. I've always had complicated geared bikes in the past and there is certain childhood joy you get from something simpler. Plus I've been calling my bike 'my trusty steed' for years and now it is written on it!! Overall it's a handsome, easy to use and comfortable to ride - I'd happily recommend it.

K. M.Loving my Thoroughbred Steed... had it a couple of months so far and it's a pleasure to ride. Probably the best looking single speed out there that I've seen, and very reasonably priced. I previously had a Hackney cycle which felt very flimsy and cheap. The Steed feels much more sturdy and higher quality, while still very light.
S. H.I bought a Saffon Thoroughbred and I love it! Fantastic quality and rides very well. Great power transfer from the pedals, and the bike is lighter than I expected. Comfy seat. Looks so good in the yellow finish, it's a real head turner. Also shaved 10 mins of my commute to work ride, compared to my old geared bike! Highly recommended.

L. J.Well what can I say this bike has been the Bain of my life since I got it for my 50th, why you might ask??? Well I’ll tell you it’s because I bloody love it and can’t get off it…. Perfect commute, lightweight, fast, and looks fantastic. The service my partner got when she bought it was amazing and was the follow up aftercare. I even inquired about parts for it and even though the guys didn’t stock what I was looking for they pointed me in the right direction. Support your small businesses as they really look after you and these guys are testament to that… I’ll be back for more 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
M. H.I waited until I,d got a few miles in before submitting a review, really pleased with the bike, locally there are no real hills, well not in town anyway, (Carlisle) so the gear ratio suits me. The bike is sturdy and well suited to my needs, cycling to the gym etc. Semi retired so trying not to use my car for anything local.
