WONDERFUL & GENUINE!!! I bought a bike off of Amazon and took it Halfords to put together who charged me a fortune and told me that they are delayed. Went to see Mr Rockford and the staff and not only did they do it on the same day in, I saved 30%!!! Also great costumer service, had a great chat whilst my bike was getting fixed, would definitely recommend them.

Excellent, prompt repair and friendly bunch too! These guys did me a very quick turnaround on some reasonably significant repairs / replacements (including a new crank) on my bike, while keeping me informed of what was involved the whole way. Thank you Rockford for your assistance and advice. No problem is too small. It was so nice to receive that personal touch in customer care. Jokes thrown in for free. Anything you need relating to a bicycle is catered for and if you need any maintenance products it’s available to buy and they will advise you how to use it safely. Lovely friendly atmosphere in an easily accessible location. Do give them a call to book an appointment

RockStone is a gem of our community! I'm so pleased with how through and attentive they were with my (pretty neglected) bike. Beyond giving my bike a decent health check, two of the engineers spent additional time talking to me about what can be done to further improve it and I left with invaluable knowledge and a clear mind about what can be done to make my bike glide like a bird once again. Had a great experience. The friendly team quickly fixed my tyre without any problem, looked after my brakes, and even used the parts I had brought with me. The price was great, too. I'll definitely come back!

I was recommended by a friend to take my bike, which I haven't used for about 5 years to The RockStone Cycling Hub. I'm so glad that I did, as I was going to buy a new bike and due to the lovely staff getting my bike back in working order, I saved the expense of buying a brand new bike. If you have any issues with your bike or want to buy a bike, this is the place to go. I'm a very satisfied customer and the staff are wonderful.

Been here on a few occasions now and no matter how many times I turn up with my bike service is friendly and everyone is happy. It's nice to feel comfortable whilst waiting for your bike to be fixed and these people really know about bikes!! Sometimes all the owners will ask for a kind donation rather than a payment... you can't get that at Halfords haha... great shop, great people... support the locals.

This is such a wonderful little corner of Tottenham. Got my bike from here, she's a beauty! The folks here lovingly tinkered with her until she was the sturdy and sweet running beast that she is now. They are super friendly and welcoming in here, very helpful if you don't know much about bikes and brilliant at what they do. There's such a nice feel about the place, I always leave with a big grin. Had a puncture emergency recently and couldn't figure out the complicated gear hub in the wheel. Took it in and they sorted it all out for me and gave me a new tyre at a bargain price super fast.

I came to ask a couple of questions about a new bike I bought elsewhere and was greeted with exceptional customer service. They took the time to answer my questions and give advice. Highly recommend this place as they provide a great service for the community.

Got this place recommended by a colleague who has been baking for ages. Often we hear that we should give small, local places a chance. Well this place deserves all the attention it can get. Staff is absolutely fantastic. You could not ask for better atmosphere but also you feel a part of the process. Everything is explained to you. You can know absolutely nothing about bikes but you will leave the shop knowing what needed to be fixed, why and you really get your money’s worth. It truly is a place that brings people together – from all walks of life. I was welcomed by amazing customer service and professionalism but also with a genuine and caring attitude. I left my bike with them and collected it next day as agreed and I was extremely satisfied with the work done. After years of neglect I finally took my bike in to get it repaired and serviced. Met by a really friendly team who have taken my knackered old bike and completely revitalised it, it is now fun to ride it again and my gears aren't slipping, chain clanking and the brakes actually stop me when they are pulled, fantastic and good value considering the bike feels like new. Simply a wonderful place. Very family friendly. The service is super friendly and there is nothing that they don't know about bicycles! They sell secondhand bicycles and all sorts of accessories. They fix and rent out bikes. You and your family and friends of all ages can cycle straightaway in the park (Lordship Rec) where there is a cafe, a BMX area, and plenty to see and do. It's on a bus route so very easy to get to.
