This is a Japanese lifestyle shop! You can buy a lot of fun stuff there! Not only bikes!

Such a beautiful shop and super helpful staff. I went to pump my tyres and they were super helpful even though my bike is not part of their brand. They even helped me do a quick check of my brakes. The shop is beautiful and they sell all sort of cute and useful bike props. Fully recommended!

So helpful! My bike is not Tokyobike but I wanted to buy a Hexlox set for my Brooks seat. They fitted them and also when they heard that my last seat was stolen despite Hexlox being fitted, they took the trouble to alter a weak spot they noticed in my seat post fitting to reduce the risk of it being taken again. So kind, thank you!

I brought some new handlebars and handlebar grips from this place and couldn’t fault the service. Very friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t feel like I was being rushed into making a decision. Beautiful shop too!

The guys working here are ace and the bikes are as comfortable as a RollsRoyce. Ive been using my bike for 4 years and still as good as new. When you purchase a bike they even give a small bottle of paint which you can apply to chips or scratches on the bike. Have a test ride, you won’t regret it

A proper bicycle shop in Central London.
They sell bicycles, and doing repairs also, which is very important! 😉
I was riding my bike in Central London, and my chain has ripped.😬😐
I wasn't worried about it, because i have had the right tool for that "little service"...🤔🤗
But when i started to take out a link from the chain, my tool has bend 😱😖😵🤯🤕😩
But they been open and helped me out of the situation. 😎🥳🤩😁
Otherwise, I had to walk home to the far North, so I really appreciate for the service they done. Thank you so much 😎🙏👍

I have the saffron Bisou, size S. Pre-ordered last year around November time, due for April, but was ready for an early collection :) I was originally very reluctant to spend so much money on my first adult bike and tried a few different ones; TokyoBike seemed the best fit for me in the end. It's been incredibly smooth to ride so far, practically feels like an extension of my body so quite confident on London roads.
Unexpected bonus has been receiving lot of compliments and questions on it from random strangers. And Simon has been particularly accommodating and lovely throughout!

Loveky shop and very friendly and helpful guys. I walked in to check if they can repair my bike, as my bike tyre went completely flat. The cycle technician checked my bike, found out everything is ok, just pump the tyre and make sure they are in the right pressure. Explained to me that I didn't pump air in previously and the valve should be loose when pump the air. He saved my bike and my day!! Thanks 👍👍

I bought a CS26 limited edition model. Neil was incredibly helpful, speccing different tyres, and a wider rear cassette. The bike was built in a week as promised and delivered fully built. It rides beautifully. It is light, agile and comfortable. Neil and Simon are very knowledgeable and patient too. Selling only their own bikes means that they really know their own product.

I had my bike serviced last month - was able to book easily online, drop it off quickly, and collect it when it suited me which was really helpful with some of my work/travel limitations. I think my bike had needed quite a bit of work but I was kept up to date and all the staff were super friendly.
Special thanks to Griff for the frog light! 🐸

Ordered online twice with the Tokyobike shop, once for a bike and once for accessories. Both times the customer Cate was quick and super helpful, and delivery was really quick. Really recommend those experts who where their passion in a lovely and efficient way.

I love the store and toyoko bikes. Ive even got friends to buy toyoko bikes, but having grown more knowledge on bikes over the years. Im now convince if you want a long term bike for life, invest in more money and go elsewhere.
Ive been riding my toyoko bike for 4 years and although it was brillant when I first got it, it slowly worn over time pretty quick. I got told my paint chipping was due to riding over stones and it recommended to have mudguards. I had mudguards but it didnt solve the problem and even those mudguards started looking terrible with black paint coming off that I had to buy another set, second time in silver.
Needless to say, my toyoko bike is now sadly retired in storage. Maybe one day it can resurface but been told the bikes if used daily lasts around 5 years.
These bike does travel very far and comfortably too, although not as speedy aa road bikes. So good for those who dont cycle alot and quite leisurely around town.

I've just come home with my beautiful new Tokyo saffron yellow CS bike and am absolutely in love with it. The bike is lovely to look at, simple, lightweight and a joy to ride. In addition, the service I have received from Tokyo Bike has been amazing. I got my bike on the bike2work scheme and only got it signed off a few days ago. They received the voucher this morning, and when they learnt that I was about to go on holiday, they made an effort to build the bike the same day for me so that I could pick it up before leaving. They talked me through different aspects of the bike so that I understood more about it, and I also get a free 3 month check to make sure it's still all in working order. The whole experience has been absolutely excellent - they hold the bar for customer service that other retailers should be aiming for. They also sell some of the most beautiful things (aside from bikes) I've ever seen. Tokyo Bike - T H A N K Y O U !

Tokyobike. Love it. The bikes are well-made, and distinct without being pretentious. Light but solid. The store is beautifully laid out. The staff are genuinely helpful which is rare for a London bike shop these days. They're flexible with requests and generous with information and services. Would definitely recommend again and again.

Beautiful bike shop. Staff is very attentive and helpful. They let you take their bikes for a short ride to try them out, and the quality of their bikes is great!

Great Artistian bike store with so many unique cycle parts and accessories.
I pulled in 1 week ago to purchase a
Cycle design Folding Rear Rack
and the service I received from
Yu Fujiwara was friendly, professional and not at all pushy, he suggested I concider fitting a bell, so we decided on the
Spurcycle Bell, it's a piece of Art on my bike.
Yu Fujiwara then fitted everything within 1 hour, That's Service.
A GREAT PASSIONATE BIKE STORE
Thank you Tokyo Bikes
Thank you Yu Fujiwara.
Best

Tokyo Bike do beautiful bikes. Exactly five kinds of beautiful bikes and all in different colours. Based on the Japanese street style they focus on 'comfort over speed' but what I love about them is that they pull of what many bikes don't. They're lightweight - especially if you've previously ridden an Evans' Cycle hybrid style - and equally as comfortable. Colours are bright and cheerful, without being ostentatious and the main attraction of the bikes is their straightforward simplicity (though it could be argued the wheels are on the smaller size). They're beautiful and a real joy to ride though. And mine is yellow.
This tiny store is the London outlet of the Japanese company. Staff have always been incredibly helpful and lovely. They run little classes to teach you how to fix bike bits, occassionally hold art shows, and lent me a yellow rain cape to wear whilst test-riding my bike. They don't just stock their own accessories but also a few other brands such as beautiful wax bags by Boundary which are just superb (and at present, only two stores in the UK stock these). I like their fussy curation of sexy accessories along with neat, stylish, rideable bikes.

They have amazing bikes, super good tech, but I think service is a bit overpriced compare to some nearby bike shop in Shoreditch.

Beautiful bikes and friendly, helpful staff- this bike shop is great and the aftercare is second to none

Super friendly and smart mechanic helped me out with some issues on my wheel for free.

Really helpful staff at this store, helped to fix a pedal back on my bike, even though I didn't purchase it from them.
