X. W.Thierry is so lovely and helpful, I bought my bike from him two weeks ago and it’s been perfect!! He also said any problems at all, he would take care of them - although I haven’t come across any yet! A great experience and wonderfully knowledgeable owner.
A. B.Thierry used to race bikes and really knows them. He'll check it over on the spot and give you a good price and options on wheels, tires etc. Felt like a brand new bike. He even spotted that my previous shop put the wrong size wheels (British, measured in inches) on my bike (French, measured in cm).

S. W.I’ve lived in the area for 10 years but only discovered Thierry’s repair shop when I got a flat tyre without a puncture repair kit on Camden Road. Google said I was 200ft from Underground Bicycles. But where was this shop? I’d never seen it, and couldn’t find it.
I called the number and Thierry answered - he was 15 mins away, if I could wait.
I’m so glad I did. Thierry is a passionate bicycle expert. His prices are fair and honest for an independent bike shop in London. And he’s a great storyteller too: we chatted in the sun while he fixed my bike.

I have taken in 2 bikes and both times got a fantastic service. Thierry will be very honest about the work that is required on the bike and not sell you anything you do not need.
