I was more than satisfied with the excellent service received from Umberto and his team. They are clearly experts in all things bike/ maintenance related, and were able to explain exactly what I needed repairing (a broken gear shift) as well as carrying out a full service, replacing all cables, brake pads, cassettes, plus handlebar tape. The bike is good as new and runs like a dream - ready for winter commuting. The job was completed in an impressively rapid time and at a very reasonable cost (of which I was kept informed of throughout the assessment process). Really friendly, great team. I can't recommend them highly enough. Your bike is in very safe hands and you'll get a competitive price for the job. I advise that you book ahead though, as their shop gets pretty busy and can't fit everyone in at once, although will do their best to turn things around ASAP. I will definitely go back in the future, and suggest you give them a try too.

Amazing service. I had a punctured inner tube which needed replacing and I found Bicycle Home Repair Service through a google search. There was so much flexibility on when I could go get my bike fixed (unlike other bike shops I found) and when I got there the inner tube was quickly fixed there and then. No need to leave my bike! Umberto even adjusted my breaks slightly so they weren’t wonky, out of kindness. Also if you message him to find a suitable time to visit, he’s very responsive. I would highly recommend!

My new e-bike kit came with weird wheel size so my old tire was sitting loose. After 3 unsuccessful attempts with the local bike workshops and searching for the next one on the map, I came across Umberto. Took him 15min to check the wheel, find me the right size brand new tire and fit it on! Keep up the good work Umberto.
