Excellent costumer service. The guys are very nice and helpful. I had an accident while riding one of the zoomo bikes so I went to the shop to get a repair and some items replacement. They have been absolutely patient and explained to me everything that got damaged, how much that would cost and then I got the bicycle brand new on the next day :)

Exceptional service from Hamsa and David, who dealt with my bicycle return swiftly, engaged in conversation also repaired my bicycle promptly, almost immediately in fact when I bought it in. Very reliable service. I have been using this service or renting a bicycle for over 3 weeks. Hassle-free. Maintenance included. Reliable. Bicycle equipment provided; secure lock, head lights (useful for cycling at night or in the dark), electric power modes and extra security keys. Damage and theft cover costs only £5 extra per week. I use this bicycle to make deliveries nearby where I live to earn extra money. Also use this bicycle to commute socially. Saves money and traffic or hassle with public transport.

These guys are great, I took the rent to own option. The guys in shop are fantastic and will do their best to match you to the right bike and when you bring it in for service or repair they are just as fast and efficient and don't make you feel like an inconvenience, which some companies do after they've made the sale. Krissa on support is lightening fast in responding to any questions or queries.
