It's been a really nice service, not really at the beginnings coz it was so difficult to talk with someone on the phone trying to call several times in different days, until appear a very kind girl named nicoletta that in 10 min of telephone call solved all the issues I was having with my bike, also I need to say I had problems with my b.a. And they have been so nice understanding there was something wrong and helped me taking my payments by the phone in specific moment, also very flexible and kind I been late few times for issues of fraud on my card and nobody charged me 1 extra penny for that so 10/10 Is my vote in general including bad and good aspect of the services. Thank you Nicoletta and all the fulham team. Love.

Go to the shop and deal with Ahmed he really is a top boke and i wouldnt watse time with emails and forms etc. Get in there and get sortet with somone who knows the product and how to talk to people. Ahmed, youre a legend Sir. The website is rubbish though!

Been using a Zoomo Sport bike for more than 5 months and came for a service at the Fulham branch where I was assisted by one of the team member named Aban who was going out of the way to help me even swap my old bike with a new one so that I don’t have to wait long. Hats off to Mr. Aban for doing an excellent job and an example for how customer service should be offered. I give him 5 stars as well as the Fulham store. One happy customer!
