Excellent Excellent Excellent. From start to finish. I had the best shopping experience yesterday in your Maidstone branch of evans. i had a problem with my bike, bottom bracket needed replacing and within a short time it was fixed on the day. I called a lot of bike shops locally and no one could fix my bike on the day. What was very impressive was the knowledge and expertise of the staff. He was very very fast and efficient. Not only that, he was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I cycle often and often need bike maintenance and have been to many bike shops but not to this standard. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to going back soon. Customer for life. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Bought a bike using the ride to work scheme. Before I ordered, I went in and had a look at what I wanted to get. The staff were very informative and gave a lot of recommendations to what bike and accessories to get. Since having the bike, I've had to take it back to the shop a few times to add on additional accessories, servicing, and an issue with the rear wheel. But each time the staff were very helpful and I felt they went above and beyond with the customer service.

Excellent customer service ! Mr Peter is a gentleman who helped me nicely and calmly. I've bought my bycicle in another Evans cycles store, which sold the wrong frame size for me, and when I called back on the next day they denied have in stock another longer frame to supply, I thought they were a business chain? and for my own luck I've googled and find the Maidstone Evans Cycles, and Mr Peter received my call and gently heard my problem and told me that he could provide the longer frame bike to exchange with no drama. I'm impressed with his professionalism. I definitely will be back there to service my bicycle.

Recently moved to the area, bought a couple of new bikes and had my bike serviced and puncture repaired. I can't fault the guys that work here, Luke, Josh and James, who were brilliant, and had a genuine interest in ensuring we got the right bikes and advice. Everyone's quick to complain about even the smallest things these days, so I'm happy to leave a positive review for these guys. I'd thoroughly recommend them if you're looking for a new bike, and some sound advice to make sure you'e buying the right bike.

Very happy with what was an unexpected purchase whilst on a weekend break. Love my new bike, and when I entered the store I was met by some friendly helpful staff ! Bought a Brompton Electric H6L through Evans, using my employers Ride to Work Scheme. Evans managed to get the bike (which is hard to source at the moment) delivered and set-up within 3 days. I was kept informed throughout and the bike mechanic patiently talked me through the very hard (but I'm sure it will get much easier!) process of unfolding and folding the bike. Very happy with the quality of bike and service received. Prices may be a little higher than elsewhere, but personally I don't mind this if my bike gets set up professionally and that I'm walked through how to use the bike. I will be back again in a year, once my scheme renews. Staff are friendly, and unusually for a Maidstone town centre store, there is a lot of free parking. The entrance to the parking is difficult to find so drive slowly down the hill when you're looking for the space!

Ordered a bike online to collect in store, online system needs some work but once I made contact with the Maidstone store everything ran smoothly. Agreed to collect Friday, arrived when they opened and bike was built up and ready. Asked about some mudguards which they offered to fit there and then. Mechanic was clearly busy with bikes coming in constantly for servicing but he got the mudguards fitted for me asap. Staff were friendly, helpful and clearly enthusiastic about bikes.

My new bike needed a repair just a few weeks after buying it - the chain had broken and damaged the derailleur. Staff at the Maidstone shop were fantastic. They couldn't convince the manufacturer to do the repair on warranty, so decided to give me a (better) replacement part for free anyway. Got my bike back better than it was, including a general checkup, at no cost. Really lovely engineer as well. Cheers guys - great customer service.

Purchased a bike for my daughter it arrived when it was supposed to and was fairly easy to put together. The rear tyre went flat after around an hour so phoned the Maidstone store to get it sorted. The guy on the phone said bring it in and we’ll take a look. When I arrived an hour later they dropped everything to sort the inner tube out, after that they went right over it to make sure gears and brakes were tip-top. Nice blokes with great customer service.

I would just like to say how impressed I was with the positive and professional service I received when I visited the Maidstone branch this week, especially Josh in the workshop, who did a job on my bike for me, with enthusiasm and excellent product knowledge. After he completed the work on my bike, I tested it and everything was working perfect, I now things are difficult at the moment with part issues, but it was a breath of fresh air to find a bike shop that want to help me, rather than making excuses about lack of part availability, and long lead times for repairs, this is probably the best bike shop in this area. WELL Done Evans Cycles and especially JOSH.

What a Brilliant team. I purchased the bike from Evans and accidentally damaged rear gears. The shop fixed the problem quickly so I didn't need to travel back to pickup the bike from the shop. The service was professional and positive, good job!

I brought my old mountain bike into Evans to get a quote to have the bike overhauled and repaired. It was no surprise that it needed a lot of work and was going to be expensive. I opted to fix it myself with no experience of fixing bikes besides changing an inner tube. Over the space of a week or so I must have visited Evans about 7 or 8 times to buy parts, tools and get advice. They staff were really helpful throughout, never seemed irritated that I was back. They were botttomlessly patient with my questions. It is so often the case that people with specialist skill and knowledge can be a bit arrogant with it, yet this was absolutely not the case here, a kind, patient ego free team of really nice folk. Thanks for all your help... Dashed around bedgebury red route yesterday... The faithful old steed is back on its wheels!!!

I've been into the store several times over the past years and always receive excellent service. Since December I've visited 3 times, each time finding what I needed and being met with a smile. The store also saved my a** last minute when my rear brake failed, they had a new hydraulic brake ready on click and collect and fitted it for me just hours before I had to fly to Morocco for a race. Josh one of the mechanics was especially helpful with this and true lifesaver! Throughly recommend this branch of Evans for consistently good service and a high standard of products.

Absolutely amazing! Booked a test ride for a Hoy bike for our son and they ordered them in (they allowed us to do 2 as not sure on sizing) and built them for him to try! When we got there the gents were so helpful and gave us lots of tips and useful information. They were able to advise and adapted the bike there and then for our son to gain his confidence. Highly recommend!

I have had 2 different visits to the Maidstone shop once for my bike and once for my daughters and had different mechanics each time, one called Tom and one called Josh. Both were absolutely brilliant, clearly have a passion for bikes and very knowledgeable. They did great jobs both times and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. Defo 5 stars. I have often gone past the shop and not gone in as I didn't know where the parking was (go around the one way system it is easy to miss!). Dont waste your time with Halfords etc, go to people who know what they are doing!

Been looking for a TREK Rosco 7 for weeks, and final found what seemed to be the last one left in the SE, spoke with Sam on the phone who was really helpful, she had the bike booked for next day delivery as it was a surprise for my son, Andy called me the day of collection to advise that something was wrong, but he resolved the problem within the hour, we went to collect and Andy could not have been more helpful, i've had a few bike in the past, and i've not received service like this. I am a rookie in cycling, so had no ideas about what kind of bike to buy. All i wanted was a good looking and comfortable bike and definitely not heavy on my pocket. I was dealth with Aaron and Team in Evans Cycles, who understood my needs and my concerns and was really kind and patient throughout the time i was in the store on 12 June 2020. Eventually i got my bike(road bike) within 10 mins of ordering and with a few accessories that Aaron assisted me to select within the budget i thought of. FIRST CLASS SERVICE: I dropped in Evans Maidstone on Sat 16 March 2019 at the end of my tether with a mechancial problem with a shifter and the two lads in the workshop could not have been more helpful. The solution involved a lot of fiddling but they stuck at the problem and fixed it saving me having to fork out £50 on a new part. I am definitely using them for any bike servicing in future. Thanks chaps - I really appreciate the outstanding customer service. PS New groupset now working perfectly!!

Maidstone Workshop were willing and able to fix a flat on my son's new Hoy Bonaly 24", which they succeeded in doing first time round. Issue with the Hoy supplied inner tube, though no obvious leak when water tested. Took three days to go flat so definitely a slow leak. Thanks Evans!

Bought a new Pinnacle Laterite3 after taking advice from Sam and Alan.... saved me money on what i was going to buy which actually turned out to be the wrong bike for what i needed.
