R. H.I have caravanned for over 40 years and for the first time I did not properly connect my tow bar to the caravan when returning home from a short holiday. The caravan safety chain broke and the lighting socket on the tow ball hitch shattered. Being a BMW their quote to carry out a replacement was astronomic.
I visited your site on Monday, spoke with Spencer who looked at the problem and thought he could solve it. Yesterday I brought the car in and your electrician replaced the socket. The job was carried out professionally and with the minimum of fuss. Whilst waiting Spencer offered me a seat and coffee. What a gentleman.
My purpose in writing to you is to say what great staff you have, I have had several tow bars fitted by your company over the years and on each occasion Service has always been of a very high st@ndard. It’s a pity more businesses do not have that attitude.
PerHaps you could pass on my thanks to Spencer and the gentleman that sorted the problem out. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to our friends and I am happy for my comments to be made known in any way that is helpful to you.

W.I needed new trailer wheels - it was a second had trailer and I’ve never done this before I thought it would be straight forward and ordered some off eBay - they were the wrong ones and had to return them - the sellers were useless but I eventually got my refund but I still had no wheels - I messaged many seller on eBay and garage places many of which I had no reply from - this is when I found George of Trident Towing and I’m soooooo glad I did - he was so helpful - we exchanged many messages and photos of my trailer and axel and existing wheels - I also wanted to go larger on the wheels so it wasn’t a straight swap - George was patient and helpful and then confidently advised me which wheels I needed - there was no pressure to buy from him. I did however decide to order with him as the price was very competitive and I also had every confidence he would help if they were wrong.
The tyres arrived well packaged in no time at all and they fitted like a glove. I’m extremely pleased and very grateful to George for answering all my questions. Thankyou so much.

T. O.I would have given 5 stars, the guy that seved us on the the day was very helpful, and made us feel welcome. But the guy that booked us in on the phone was bloody rude and argumentative. Although when I phoned back to amend the booking he was very accommodating- but the experience was soured slightly.

Trident was the cheapest after hunting around.
They emailed me the quote and promptly booked me in with a courtesy car for the day.
They day before they called and offered me the courtesy car overnight as I lived far away and it was convenient to come back the next day.
After installation I had a slight problem with the electrics and they booked me In the same day to rectify the issue.
Customer services is amazing, the team is very polite and courteous.
