Amazing service! He kept me updated with anything he needed to while he was working on my bike and it came back better than it was brand new. I cannot recommend a service more! Sam did a really outstanding job with my bike, beyond what I was expecting. I handed it over as a bit of a wreck, having endured a collision with a car and a few thousand miles without a service or any real maintenance, and when it was returned that evening it genuinely looked and felt like a brand new bike. Really excellent service and value for money, not to mention the convenience of being able to simply book a slot on the website, have the bike picked up and dropped off from home.

My derailleur and gears were completely mangled when i handed my bike over to Sam. It came back like a new bike. Some parts needed ordering but Sam kept me up to date with everything. Would definitely use again especially for a drop off door to door service.

Received a full service on my 10 year old bike, their attention to detail to make sure it’s perfect for you will mean you come back again. So when my partner was having problems with her gears we got back in touch with Newcastle bike repair, he looked at the bike and you could tell he was keen to spend the time to resolve the problem, he clearly enjoys his work and helping customers AND spending time with bikes (we had got intouch with the supplier as it was a new bike but they could not resolve/understand the issue) We went to pick up the bike and he wouldn’t accept payment until me and my partner had spent time on the bike to make sure the issue was resolved. After a 25 mile ride with no issues finally the gear issue has been resolved. I can honestly say I would recommend Newcastle bike repair, friendly honest and genuine.

He’s done a great job servicing my bike, fixing the sticky gears and dodgy brakes that have stopped me riding it more often.
