The greatest service on the PLANET!!!
A small oil leak on my sons Fox 36’s approx 16 months old. Bike shop didn’t want to help unless I paid for a service.
Went straight to Fox direct and a quick email said sure we’ll take a look. I was expecting the usual excuses about how I wouldn’t be covered by the warrant but nothing at all.
I was nearby their place on Monday so dropped them in. Wednesday I get an email saying delivery company had collected them from Fox and just got home (Thursday) and they’ve been delivered.
Well packaged and note say they’ve had a rebuild with new seals etc.

Work shop is top class very clean and well equipped. Workmanship is second to none.

Excellent service and very professional. Not only were they extremely friendly and helpful, but also kept me up to date with all work being done on my fork and shocks. Instead of forcing me to spend more money, they would give me different options, with advantages and risks to each option.

I am writing to leave an account of the incredibly positive experience I just had at silverfish fox service centre.
My fox coil had snapped over the weekend and I went in person to ask for some advice.
I was greeted by a very pleasant lady who then passed me onto Adrian.
Adrian was very helpful and advised me that a different shock would be more suitable for my weight and riding style.
They took back the busted shock and replaced it with a brand new one, all under warranty and within 20 minutes of me being there.
Excellent service and a very pleasant staff.
Highly recommended technical advice.
Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

These guys were great from response time through to delivery and communication along the way. I wrote to them on the weekend and Monday morning I received a response that really put me at ease. They’re experts!
Recently moved to London from Dubai and during the shift, the moving company placed too much weight on my bike which made the shock fail. One email explaining the year, make, and model and I was on my way to a repair. Three days later, the replacement shock arrived at my doorstep fully ready to be swapped with the failed one. Sure, there’s a price involved, but I never felt it was unfair or unreasonable.

I was looking to upgrade my Fox36 for more travel and damping performance and came into contact with Tayah Williams here at Silverfish (FoxUk)
Tayah knew exactly what I needed, supplied me thr right part numbers and saw me through the purchase process.
I cant wait to bottom out the 170mm Fork too and be forced to accept that it actually my garbage riding that needed an upgrade and not the Fork! But hey, who doesnt love new Fox parts?

My new bike (Giant Trance) was very disappointing as the forks (Fox) were harsh and bumpy out of the box. I tried various things incl. changing sag and rebound, plus a lowers service but no improvement. Bike shop dismissed my concerns and just said “the suspension will bed in over time”. I was annoyed at this and ended up leaving the bike in the garage for nearly 8 months. Eventually I did a bit of research on the net – then called Silverfish and had a great chat with George who asked me about the fork and explained what might be wrong. I sent it to them and to my relief they found that a defective seal in the air damper was trapping air in 1 section and not releasing it. They disassembled both dampers and rebuilt them to make sure everything was right. As my bike was under 12 months old, everything was done under warranty incl. the delivery cost. Now I have the bike I should have had in the beginning, the fork is “buttery” smooth and it dampens out the small bumps like fireroad etc.
Every part of my contact with Silverfish has been 10/10. George listened to me patiently when I first called with my problem, and Emily has been great on the emails to keep me updated, she is always cheerful and a joy to deal with. The lesson after all this – don’t assume your new bike has no faults – and it seems that most bike shops have v. little knowledge of suspension issues. And if you want your shock serviced or tuned to your preference – Silverfish is the way to go!!😄😄

I contacted Fox Service Centre to buy 1 tiny O-ring for bushing of shock mount. Emily sent 3 on post right away and I got them on the very next day!... for free!! :-)
Also spoke to Tim (one of Silverfish/Fox's suspension gurus) during their attendance in Tweedlove Bike Festival in Peebles, very helpful and knowledgeable, learned from him few tips about suspension set-up.
Top class customer service! Will certainly do business again with Silverfish-Fox for my bike needs! Very highly recommended!

Such a great company to deal with. I always had great experiences with Mojo and now they have morphed into Silverfish (also an excellent company) things are no different.
I needed a part that wasn’t listed online. I posted on the companies Facebook page over Christmas- not expecting a reply until the new year. Instead I had an almost immediate response saying that they will look into my request when back in the office.
The part I needed wasn’t available aftermarket yet but they went out of their way to find the park in their workshop (parts bin?) for me. This gets me back out on the bike and for less than buying new (if it was even available).
