Visited Isle of Wight again this year with grandsons. Late discovery on both bikes of problems. Rang Justin who had sorted my bike last year....yet again instant service, both bikes fixed in 45 minutes and on our way for holiday. Many thanks again Justin

Popped in to check out whether my present bike could be repaired or whether I should invest in a new one. I met Justin the owner and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy in the process. I was advised to repair my bike and take advantage of the rolling road technology they have to get fitted to my bike properly. Very happy with the service will definitely be returning!

Being able to test potential bikes on the rolling road is such a smart idea - I've never experienced this in a bike shop before! A really friendly atmosphere created by the shop owner Justin, who's passionate to help and knows his stuff when it comes to bikes. Definitely visit if you want a personal experience.

Just popped in on a whim to have a look around and for some inspiration of what to look for in a first road bike. Came away with a brilliant, amazingly-priced secondhand bike (fitted and adjusted to my height, and oiled) and over an hour of advice, tips and tricks for riding and fixing the bike. Will definitely come back in case anything needs doing with my new bike; Justin is a man who clearly loves what he does and wants to share that with others.

Service with a smile! A slow leak in the middle of a tour near Newport led us to IoWBikes. Despite being busy and having other work waiting, Justin kindly agreed to replace the rear inner on my heavy ebike. It’s a fiddly and messy job at the best of times, but nothing was too much trouble for Justin. After an hour and a nice coffee in the sun, we were on our way again with a new inner. Very pleased with the friendly and professional service. A great advertisement for a cycling holiday on IoW!

We were just outside Newport when I got a puncture. Decided to try and find a local shop as I didn't have a pump etc with me. Dropped into IOW bikes who replaced the tube in the time it took us to get a coffee. Great service at a sensible price.
