Very impressed with Pure Electric. George who served me was very informative about all the brands and types of bikes, including about the motors, batteries, gears, brakes etc. and how they give local support. He was very friendly and what I liked most was he did not pressure me into buying. Local support is very important to me so I did buy an electric bike and cannot wait for the phone call to say it is ready to collect when they will fully adjust the bike to my needs before I set off on my adventures. Would definitely recommend Pure Electric as my friend had to me!

I visited the store on Saturday 02/07/2022 with my wife dog and purchased 2 bikes. The men in the store were very helpful. They made 1 bike up for us during the day so we could take both home as we had travelled up from Orpington, Kent. They also fitted a phone holder for me. We have a dog and had to fit a bike buddy. They was very helpful and supplied me with 3 nuts I had lost so we could fit it. They was great fun and it made our day. I would highly recommend this shop and the bikes are great. We enjoyed our first bike ride and so did the dog.

Our main help came from George but some other blokes also helped us out, I just didnt get their names. Never met such friendly and helpful people before, very patient and answered any questions we had and made sure we found the best bikes for myself and my partner. I would 100% recommend going here for your bicycle needs. Wonderful experience and very excited to start using my new e-bike!

Just brilliant customer service! We were in the store for more than two hours and took two bikes out a few times to get an idea of what I wanted! Nothing was too much trouble for George - he even came out with me for the test rides as I don’t know Norwich and was able to advise me as we rode around. Couldn’t decide on the day, but will be back to get the one I want! I had also tried another store and there is literally no comparison on the knowledge, help and customer service! Was cycling in Norwich today and rear disc had slight play. Had no tools with me so popped in and jack kindly tightened up all the torex for me. Shop also looked to be well stocked.

Popped in last week, Great service as usual. I believe his name was Andrew, he was a mechanic. Went on a hunt for a barrel adjuster and actually gave it to me for free! Been in a few times, for accessories and they're always extremely helpful. I don't own an electric bike, but i always find them helpful for accessories!

I phoned ahead to see if they had a Raleigh Motus Tour in stock in my size. The guy on the phone was very helpful and approached me as soon as I came into the store. He was extremely helpful and allowed me a test ride around the city. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the bike and the knowledge of the staff at the store. As there was a very slight noise on the front brake the staff want an engineer to have a look on Monday before I go in to pick up my purchase. I highly recommend the Norwich Pure Electric store for great stock, helpful and friendly staff and a great customer focus. If only they did a service plan longer than 12 months I'd give them 6 stars!!!

I just want to say a massive thanks to Zoe who looked after me on Sunday. I was in the city shopping when my Thule pushchair got a nail in the tyre. Not only did she find me a new tube she also let me use the tools and helped me to fix it & get back on the road! While I was not in the market for an electric bike I did notice that they had a great range of bikes & if this is the level of customer service and care when you just buy a inner tube then I think it safe to say you will be looked after incredibly well if you buy a bike.
