Friendly and knowledgeable service. Bought a bike for my daughter that turned out to have a problem that was resolved straight away, no quibbles. Will definitely buy our next bikes from there too.

I found the lady in in the shop really helpful. I had 2 new tyres fitted which are perfect for the type of riding I will be doing. Keep up the good work....you will then be able to enjoy your retirement!

Snapped my gear stalk on my Boardman Hybrid in error. Popped in as I pass the shop on my way to work, they gave me good advice about what could have happened and got it fixed the next day at a very reasonable price. I had a service done at the same time and also took my mothers bike in for a service too. Very friendly bike shop and I felt advice was being given in a transparent manner, I will be coming back.

This is a great little bike shop for the family and day-to-day rider. They do a good service and have a fair range of stock - the essentials to keep you rolling. Sure, they are not super-technical so if you want that, go to a specialist. Otherwise, they are a decent, well-established local business who have seen me right over the years.

I have known this gem of a family run business since 1996 and the owners are honest lovely people. I never had a bad visit advice or experience. Today's visit was the same service with a smile and job done as promised.

Fairly reasonable price for some servicing work, very quick at getting it done which was excellent. Let down by the fact that the bike was left incredibly greasy allover including handlebar grips and that rear tyre (which had tube replaced) wasn't fully inflated.

What lovely people well worth the money best place in Nottingham to get your bike fixed there one comment i see looks to me off a different cycle shop coz can't do better service then tony and Denise both lovely people thank you very much for fixing my bike and a great price xxx
