Leon did a fantastic job on replacing the hanger on my brand new eMTB that was damaged during delivery. Not only that, he came around to my house almost straight away to pick up the bike, assess the work, effect a temporary fix so I could ride the bike whilst the part was on order, and then dropped it back to me - now that's great service! When the new part arrived he fitted me straight in and sorted it out very quickly, leaving me the original hanger to hold on to as a spare. I enjoyed talking to Leon about biking in general and he gave me loads of tips and advice. Very highly recommended and I would not consider going anywhere else for future bike repairs/servicing etc.

Last week I booked in to have my MTB assessed to see what work it needed. The communication from Leon was instant and helpful from start to finish and the quotation I received was clear and informative. Leon allowed me to drop off and pick up the bike after I had finished work which was very appreciated. The bike itself feels fresh and new and I received a run through of all the work that was undertaken. Leon had even replaced bolts which were corroded which just added to my positive experience. I changed my bikes handlebars and the cables were all too short and the gears as a result were all messed-up (my fiddling) . I found Leon on the web and took the bike to him. He sorted in a few days , the bike runs like new ,a pleasure to ride and maybe better than new. Leon is very knowledgeable about bikes and easy to chat with. I was looking for a mechanic to upgrade my Bianchi that I had owned for 2 years and wanted to improve my ride. I had a poor experience from a local bike dealer who was going to refit my bike and supply all the parts, I lost faith after an awful lot of indecision. I decided to source the parts myself from the net and look for a mechanic to fit them. Leon responded immediately and agreed to come out the next evening and look at the job. He knew what he was talking about immediately. I put my trust in his expertise and he did not let me down. The bike with the new parts surpassed my expectations, the attention to detail that Leon gave my bike was scold to none. I would recommend this guy 150%.

BikeWise went well beyond the expected level of service in getting my bike serviced and back to near-new condition for a very reasonable fee (service equivalent to Halfords Gold but I wouldn't trust Halfords to do anywhere near as good a job). The service extended to great after-care advice and recommendations for new tyres, and generally Leon has exuded confident, accurate advice and expertise. Forget Halfords, bring your bike here for excellent service!
