First class service from Dave and his lad at this family firm. Spent over £6000 here and it was a very easy transaction. Would recommend these in the blink of an eye. The Gazelle Grenoble C5 HMD bikes are excellent.

Fantastic local family run business, I've been buying bikes and parts from them on and off for maybe 20 years now. They seem to be doing a good job of keeping a variety of stock in despite the national shortages of bikes and parts. Picked up my son's new bike from Broadgate today and couldn't be happier with the build quality and service!

As someone from the U.S. who only lived there a short while, they were very helpful with pretty much all of my bicycle needs. Dave did a great job in answering several questions I had about riding in the local area, and about bicycle laws in the UK. Thanks. Edit/Update: After the original help and service, they also tuned up my bicycle and did some modifications for me. Everything was done well, and at a fair price. Couldn't ask for much better help and service. Definitely recommended.

Bought a few bikes from Dave over the years and called in today with a gearing issue. I know they have been extremely busy in lockdown and the knock on effect that Covid has had on supplies of spares etc. Expected a bit of a wait to be fixed , but Dave managed to turn it round during the day for me. Great Local Business, I’ve purchased over 14 bikes from upstairs Dave over the past 6 years. Their after sales service is second to none. If you by a bike online or from Evans they simply can’t build it correctly or repair it properly if it breaks. I Highly recommended this shop and both owners.

I've used this shop for years but don't know the staff personally. As my wife and I are self isolating I emailed to asked if they could deliver a repair kit, expecting them to be too busy for just a £1.99 sale. Not only did Dave deliver the kit, he did not charge me & gave a sample of the PARK's no glue repair patches. My review is: could not do better, fast response to emails, did go above and beyond the call of duty, true community spirit in hard times. 100% recommended. Martin L

A little out the way, but well worth visiting. These guys are helpful and knowledgeable; from parts, kit, service to full bikes. They will try their best to get you what you want and they will not rip you off. Been a few times recently when home servicing my bikes and they got all the stuff I needed without selling me stuff I dont.
