Had a mechanical whilst attempting to complete Lands end, John O’Groats, in desperation I found the Preston bike shed, couldn’t believe my luck when I was told to bring it straight down, this was on a Sunday by the way, Mark sorted out my gear lever problem on my gravel bike and had me on my way, I can’t put into words how grateful I am for his help and the unbelievably good value of the attention my bike received!

I messaged Mark on Thursday because I didn't take care of my electric bike and it was in dire need of TLC, when I got it back and took it for a spin it genuinely feels better to ride than the day I bought it. New break pads, chain and a full service, absolute bargain. Top bloke
