A truly excellent service, my sons crank arm came off so I called and asked for advice. I took the bike to him and he fit the crank arm bolt there and then so my son could use his bike that day. Additionally he wouldn’t take any money…..a genuinely helpful guy and great service that I can’t recommend enough 👍

Absolutely brilliant. Can't say enough about these guys. 80 quid for a chain and rear derailer and quick service, reduced it down to 67. Nice guys too and will defo be using them again, even if Charlie is a Patriots fan. #finsup

I've knowm Adam for several years but never had to actually use tarty bikes services till a month ago when I decieded to renew my bike. Despite my order wasn't exactly around the core product tarty bikes normally deals with, the service from tarty bikes staff was flawless and the support I have recieved with the bike since has been awesome! Ordered some disc brake parts after I goofed and messed up my brake installation. Unfortunately DPD pulled up outside my house, spent ten minutes looking for the parcel and couldnt find it. Luckily, Adam at Tarty bikes was absolutely fantastic. The same day they sent out another parcel with the parts, next day delivery! I also later found out that they had refunded me the shipping charge (which they really didnt have to!). Absolutely brilliant service, wouldnt hesitate to order from these guys again.

Life savers I threaded my crank arm and took it to nearest bike shop. Was told I had to buy a new crank for £150. After spending hours looking on online for the cheapest one, I came across tarty bikes. I sent my crank to them on Tuesday afternoon and I got it back repaired on Thursday morning. In all, with delivery both ways I spent £26. Excellent job and much appreciated. I will recommend this company to anybody and everybody from now on. Thanks guys!

I posted two crank arms on Tuesday, to be repaired with helicoils, they were delivered back to me, repaired and ready to be fitted, by Friday afternoon. Great service and excellent value for money.

I had never heard of TartyBikes before coming across them while searching for good 24” MTB tyres for my daughters bike. First good this was that they had good stock levels and a good range of tyres while no one else in the UK did. The tyres arrived quickly and were very well packaged. Will use again.

Tartybikes have given me an exceptional service well beyond the usual remit of a bike shop. Adam & various staff members have talked me through a number of repairs and fixes to keep me riding. They've even talked me through something on the phone that meant me purchasing one single part for £2.00 instead of a whole new hydro brake. It's hard even to imagine trials riding without Tartybikes in the picture.

Ordered a component online, delivered super fast! and so close to xmas! Arrive in great condition, and a great price too. My first time using Tarty Bikes. I’ll be using them again, for sure. Thanks guys.

Excellent specialist bike shop in Bamber Bridge. Service is second to none. They are extremely helpful and honest. They will help fix other items e.g. rollators (walking frames) and a husky trike. The team excel in their knowledge and technical skills. They stock a wide range of bike parts and send reminders when items come back into stock. I would highly recommend them.

What can I say, absolutely amazing call them call about bad gears on road bike, they not a problem just bring the down tomorrow. Next day took bike down and within 10/15 min re-set gears front and rear charged me £5 (quoted between £15 - £35 elsewhere) and then apologised for taking longer than thought. Highly recommended. (Oh and they pumped tyres up correct pressure)

My son sheared off the his brake lever. I called these guys who were very helpful and they fit a new lever for just a tenner in about 15 minutes. I was quoted a waiting time of upto one and a half weeks in bamber bridge. These guys are definitely worth a call if you have a query.
