I took my bike to Jon's shop to have the spoke tensions adjusted and was impressed with his knowledge and focus on doing a really quality job. Very knowledgeable and thorough and gives good, sensible advice. He also has plenty of spares that are hard to get at the moment and I was pleased to get more work done to keep my bike in good order. Will certainly use from now on for servicing and can thoroughly recommend.

Took my damaged bike to Jon as was just not getting round to repairing it myself and he got it back on the road for me. Not only that but he went above and beyond and his prices were very reasonable. He was very knowledgeable and great to talk to for advice. Will definitely be taking by bike back for future upgrades.

Absolutely brilliant. Jon sorted my bike out in under 24 hours despite being swamped due to the increase in riding due to the pandemic. He even said since it was a relatively simple job he wouldn't charge full price for the service. What an absolute legend, and so different to my experience in Bristol where it would take weeks to get an appointment and then days to get the bike back!

Jon offers an expert and honest service, has a very well stocked shop and anything he hasn't got he can usually get quickly. Has kept my fleet of bikes running smoothly. I'd recommend his service highly, a much better option than multi-chain shops and the likes of Halfords.
