Decent bike hire, plenty of parking but signage at entrance sends you into a tight access no vehicle road and bridge? Actual vehicle entrance is not signed? Bikes are a decent standard but saddles are quite harsh for the ride along the Manifold valley to Thors cave. Most of the route is tarmac so good for younger kids on a bike ride. Nice afternoon excursion on the whole.

Friendly reliable service with good cycles for a memorable trip in a lovely place all at a bargain price. Stop off at Wetton Mill for tea and cake and, if time allows get a delicious ice cream on your return.

Large cycle hire with a large number if bikes to hire.
Stopped and had a coffee and flapjack. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Opened the cafe especially for us. Small cafe serving instant coffees, teas etc. Small range of crisps, flapjacks. Good range of ice creams.

Exhausting but fun day out. Mostly flat tarmac, with some sections needing work. Beautiful views of the countryside. We just got beyond Thor's Cave, which is easily missed on the way there. It's soon after a road that has to be crossed. The climb up if steep but manageable with ok trainers (sneakers). Some slippery areas.
Yvette served us and fitted us all out with the right size bikes and equipped us with locks and a pump. Didn't worry about a helmet. Next time, we'll go all the way, but need to be fitter.

Nice little shop and somewhere to sit outside to have your ice cream. Lots of bikes available and a lovely track to cycle on.

Excellent service.
Friendly owner who provided first class service. We are currently staying in the area for a holiday. My daughters both hired bikes for the day and were a little late getting back. They were well looked after until I caught up on foot with the dog.
Fantastic way to take in the views and enjoy a day out.

Highly recommend!! We went bank holiday weekend they are very friendly and helpful, its not really expensive as you can hire for the day. The manifold trail is more or less flat and well away from traffic so perfect for all regardless of ability! It's a good way to get some exercise and spend time with family. Browns also has a little farm and the animals are just lovely!

We didn't hire a bike from here as we had our own, but we stopped for an ice cream and a drink. The lady was lovely so friendly the toilets were clean with plenty of hand soap and cleaning products to wipe the toilet before and after use. Would definitely recommend a visit

We had a really great time! The staff were lovely, the bikes were great and they gave us a puncture repair kit and bike locks as well. The bike route isn't in a loop so you do go back on yourself, but there this a nice pub at one end of the route and a little cafe and place selling ice creams. The route is so lovely, easy (all at the same level, no big hills to climb) and has a good concrete path. Would recommend!
