After being messed around by two halford stores I decided to search for a mobile bike mechanic and so glad I did as i came across Ben from Mobile Bike Repairs.
Ben was very responsive to messages and very quick to come to my home, diagnose the issues and sort them accordingly!

P. E.I asked Ben if he could build a complete bike from components i'd gathered over the months. Not only did he build it to an amazing standard, he went out to find a part which was needed, and didn't charge any extra. He also did a next day job just so i could ride at the weekend. He's incredibly knowledgeable, very capable and a great communicator to boot. Prices are very reasonable too which, given the level of service and expertise, is a great surprise. I'd have no doubt about having Ben do any work to any of my bikes.

Called Ben to ask for help for a very minor repair and a general check over of new mtb purchased online he quickly fixed the issue and identified a few set up issues the bike had which he again very quickly put right.
Ben is very very knowledgable and talks you through the process and shows you anything you are unsure of on the bike.
Also great value for money for someone with such knowledge and experience in his field ( Ben maybe you need to put your prices up a tad ! Haha)
