S. C.I purchased a battery adapter cable from Big Game Bikes, and was wondering how long it would take to receive it. Sent a email to Big Game Bikes and Gareth promptly replied back. It's funny that the same day he replied I received my adapter cable. Just had to be patient.
The adapter worked perfectly and now I have a dual battery E-bike.

I could not recommend this bike enough it really is a bargain.
The only down point that I have had is trying to change right hand side throttle to the left hand side where it fell apart and lost the spring so it now can be set at full throttle hands free which is kind of cool but kinda my fault due to some heavy hands maybe.
If you want a fun cool bike that Is worth every penny you pay look no further.

B. W.I was hesitant at first ordering from a new company. but the service was friendly and informative of any questions I asked, I had quick response and service. The item I ordered I received within a few days. I definitely recommend them to help you with your e bike needs.
a. r.I would highly recommend the 35amp controller upgrade (previously used the eggrider) 67% power setting was perfect for me as you still get the same top speed and accelleration was not so fierce (as any higher it kept wanting to pop a wheely). It also has much more torque, it used to struggle with my 7 year old on the back against a headwind but no more. You can get it to fit using the stock mount and bolts if you persevere and i would recommend using scotch 1601 3M sealer spray to waterproof it
F. P.I looked around for over 2 months trying to work out what ebike I should buy for my 15 mile commute to work. I looked at all the big brand companies and just couldn’t find the right balance of battery size, power, foldability and fun. I arranged to see Gareth and tried out a couple of the BGB options. I can’t over emphasise how brilliant Gareth’s customer service and patience was to answer all my questions. I settled on the Impala, and was still a little hesitant that I should have gone for something more well known rather than a Chinese import. Having now completed 300 miles in two weeks I am so so so please with my purchase. It is reliable, well built and most importantly, fun! I bought a pannier, as well as some tyre liners and tyre sealant to prevent commuting punctures. I have taken it on the train easily too. The Facebook BGB community is also excellent and a great source of answers to common questions. The only things that I would recommend as improvements are longer mud guards and a slightly more secure battery holder to prevent small rattles - although this is very simple bungee fix. I am glad that I have a found a fun, reliable and powerful ebike, that is supported with brilliant customer service, support and the options to upgrade parts. For what you get this should really be worth 2k+. Thank you Gareth for all your efforts and time. Felix
Update after 600 miles:
I hoped that cycling to work and buying an ebike would make a difference to daily life but I definitely didn’t expect to feel like this! I sleep better, feel more invigorated when I get to work and generally feel happier! When I get to the end of the day and know I can have fun getting home, really quickly with no traffic, whilst also not freezing or sweating my arse off because you can wear warm waterproof cycling clothes, AND it’s basically free, it just feels great! Thanks again for setting up BGB Gareth - it’s changed my life! 🤯💪🏅
J. B.I recently purchased the Buffalo 750w version, it arrived in superfast time, and I was absolutely amazed at the way it was packed and the quality of bike, the workmanship is exceptional.
It was easy to assemble the few items that required assembly, the battery only required minutes to fully charge, and I was on the road.
OMG: What a surprise, this bike is so good on the road, the 4" wide tyres compete with the road conditions we have to deal with nowadays, but it would be at home in any conditions that you are likely to encounter.
I am only 5' 6" in bare feet and awaiting a right hip replacement, followed later, having the left one replaced, and this caused me a bit of difficulty when mounting and dismounting where I required a kerb or raised platform to get on and off the bike.
But there is no getting away from the fact that the Buffalo is a superb bike in every way and Gareth is a top man when dealing with him.
However, I was so impressed with the Buffalo that it is safely stored away, and I purchased an Impala which I am using now, I can stop and start wherever I wish now, as long as it is safe to do so.
I have some important jobs in hand but will post some photos at a later date and will be back to review the Impala very soon, but it's all good.

d. o.I shopped around, a lot, before settling on my Impala from Big Game Bikes. I wanted a bike that would be ok on road but great off road on tracks and trails. Plus I wanted to be able to carry some kit around (I’m a PT who takes hand weights to clients). My Impala ticks the boxes. BGB are easy to deal with and Gareth has a passion for what he does which is second to none. Now I must go because the trails are calling…….

K. B.Price was good and shipping was reasonably quick from the UK to the US. Unfortunately, the brakes I ordered were not assembled correctly. The levers were attached to the wrong calipers so I had to either mount the lever upside down or mount them on the opposite side. I ended up mounting them on the proper side but upside down. Seems to work ok but doesn’t look very good. Not sure if I’ll order them them again.

He comprado ya varias cosas a BGB para mi Rad mini, los frenos hidraulicos accionados por cable, el egg rider V2 que va perfecto con esta bicicleta, ahora si subo las cuestas de montaña. tambien los he comprado el convertidor de CC de 48 a 12 voltios para poder cargar el telefono. Las entregas a España han sido muy rápidas y sin ningun problema
