I did a two hour - one-to-one bike maintenance session with Tom at Twisted Cogs, money well spent. Tom is patient and really knows his stuff. He was excellent in explaining all the insider tips for gear indexing; he highlighted a hack to true a wheel whilst still on the bike and some other great tips on adjusting brakes. I can't recommend Tom highly enough.

Took my bike here for it's first service. Tom sorted it it and although nothing needed 'fixing', I was advised on a few things that will need replacing within the next 6-7 months. Honest, quick reliable service and a reasonable price. I will be using Tom at Twisted Cogs again in the future.
