Mum's been going there for years. The quality of the meat has never changed - always excellent. And always a cheery welcome and helpful advise if it's needed.
V. M. (.The go-to butchers in Coventry. Quality of meat is excellent. We usually buy the peri peri chicken skewers, the Italian herb chicken fillets, beef and pork mince and every now and then, their award winning pork sausages. Everything is always fresh. The gentlemen serving are attentive, polite and willing to prepare what you want from scratch. Prices are normal and fair, based on the quality you're getting. Their selection of fresh eggs is also good. Pork scratchings, one of my guilty pleasures, are also great.
I would definitely recommend a visit or two.
P. E.Always buy my Xmas meat here, simply because it’s the best in town. Good advice today to buy early and freeze, to avoid any last minute disappointment and the queues - not to mention possible price increases.

The turkey was delicious. Hearing the local news regarding the complaints made about rancid turkeys purchased from a national supermarket made us appreciate our local butcher even more.
