Good selection of veggies and fruits. Very friendly service

Great selection of fab, fresh, home grown veg etc plus locally sourced baked goods and dairy. Plants and gardening stuff too. Open on Sundays (closed Tues) which is always useful. Excellent.

Full of local produce at decent prices. In the spring, they also have loose seed for your vegetable garden, which is fantastic! You can buy just enough seed potatoes or onion sets, rather than buying expensive bags of a set amount. Same for peas, beans and so on.

In need of some TCL. The nursery shed to the left of the shop was in a sorry state which didn't do the few spring flowering plants in there justice. Too many dead plants on display still too. The shop had empty display racks in the main window which was in such a need of a clean we thought on arrival the shop was shut for winter. The fruit and veg on display looked good quality but we didn't purchase anything. Maybe it's a better place to drop by in Summer.
