C.You can't go wrong here! You will seriously reconsider buying meat from the supermarket. They guys are more than happy to sort you out with what ever you need. I'm often in there for their steaks as you just can get them better from anywhere else. If you arnt sure what cut of meat you are looking for let them know what you are cooking and they will make the perfect recommendation.
I would say that the price point is perfect. Yes you might end up pay a little more than a supermarket. But these guys know where the meat has come from and how it was raised. And you might even get a free bag of chicken wings!
The largest Tbone below was around 900g. Can't get that in the supermarket!
