Lovely friendly man on the entrance ushered us in, a good selection of fresh fruit veg, pastas, cheese, and meats, and a delightful french fresh food stall with hot food and take away portions that looked absolutely devine! Had a huge crowd waiting to buy... You. can also get bacon sarnies and hot dogs, burgers from the hot side of the meat stall round the back of the market, a feast for the senses!

Great Farmers / Organic market many things to eat 😋 and 🍸 just don't go there hungry as you'll be tempted too much. Hot food stall at the rear that sells 🥓 baps and 🍔 's. Good meat selection 👌 and yummy pork 🥧's ... cheese, pasta, vegetables, 🐟 it's all too much. I can't take it 😫 anymore. It's a food paradise. Bit on the pricey side 💷's ...but then this is Barnes...what do you expect. Happy 😊 🛍 viewers.

Actually a really good farmer's market. I would recommend: the cheese stall (particularly the Goatesan); the fresh pasta; the excellent butchers' (superb lamb and oxtail); nice Spanish food; and more

A really decent Farmers Market in the open-heart of Barnes Village overlooking the pond. From 10-2pm every Saturday: great breakfast/lunch, hot sausages, bacon and burger rolls. A stall also dedicated to French cuisine, where you can get all you need for every food occasion. Also a very good selection of fine organic meats, and a French-style pastry stall that sells heavenly tarts and great pastries too. Some decent seafood also (prices often reduced towards end of market). The coffee stall is pretty good also. The more recent olive stall is rather disappointing, as are the bread stalls where the vendors don't seem to know a great deal about bread. Room for improvement. If you like then please 👍 ..

A small farmers market that packs a lot A range of fantastic produce, with more stalls than you would imagine fitting in such a small place. The sushi stall has very fair prices and was superb quality.

Always top quality produce and cheerful, professional service. Going to the Barnes Farmers' Market is one of the highlights of our week. Long may it thrive.

A fantastic farmers market in a lovely setting. There is a very wide range of goods available from fresh fruit and vegetables also with fresh meat and fish..to freshly cooked prepared foods. If you plan on going along try the stall that has the moroccan food ....really authentic and always fresh. I would highly recommend this market as it is definitely 1 of the best.

Such a good market, you can get so many things, the vegetables, meat and sushi are all great. Barnes also has a fish mongers so you can get a lot in the locality.

A Farmers' Market that happens every Saturday in whatever weather. Starts from 10.00am to 02.00pm. Nearest station Barnes and Barnes Bridge. The market is delightful selling all sorts from meat to vegetables, to frest fruit, fish, and bread. You need to try the bacon buttie, or combination of double deckers. The butcher does lovely fresh meat, pies, scotch eggs, fresh eggs, cooked ham sliced to your requirement. Defo worth a visit, if you want a difference in your everyday grocerry shopping.

Wonderful quality produce fresh from the farm. So many delicious foods to buy, ready to eat or to cook yourself.

Fantastic little market with a great range of traders from sushi to cakes & everything in between. The only downside is it finishes at 2pm. A later finish, say 4pm would be much better.

A great variety of goods and a lively atmosphere make this one of the best farmers' markets in southwest London. On a nice day, you can take your coffee over the road to the duck pond on Barnes Green, or head to the south-facing terrace of The Sun pub.

Fantastic selection of food, all of it novel, and so tempting! Have to discipline myself to browse all stalls before deciding what to buy, otherwise I would overspend on the first stalls i come across.

Excellent local market open every Saturday. Stalls range from fresh fruit and vegetables, bread, fresh meat and fish to hot food to go. Well worth a visit!

Lovely atmosphere and great coffee. A down to earth, small scale but unpretentious farmers market that you can do your weekly shop here.

A must go for the fresh and organic food lovers. Variety of fish and sea food. Meat and poultry, dairy, vegetables and other fresh produce. Would like to note Caffe culture coffees.

Bit over the top with their sushi and artisan chocolate stalls but this is Barnes village after all. Set in the garden of beautiful building (which houses the GP). Interesting finds.

Great source of cheese, honey, handmade pasta, olives, fruit & vegetables.

What I love about the Barnes Market is that its big enough to have much of what you'd like for your weekly shopping, while not too big to get manic and unpleasant. I go there almost every week!

It's Barnes. So it's expensive. There aren't that many farmers, but there are the usual chain stalls. Unpasterised milk and the organic veg stall are my highlights.
