First time in the shop I'm greeted with a "how may I help you?" and the experience goes up from here. Very charming and helpful staff with great range of goods and very accommodating attitude. You must give it a try.

Every time I go to this shop is a joy! You are treated like an old friend, they really listen to you and help to get the perfect produce. The butchery counter is always well stocked and the team are very skilled and knowledgable, but also the fresh veggies, marinades, cheeses etc are well chosen and always look fabulous. Problem is I always end up leaving with more than I planned!

Wonderful small grocers! Wide range of really high quality goods, but pricey. You generally get what you pay for though! The veggies are good and was delightfully surprised at how good the kimchi they had there was!

Lovely products, we tried the sirloin steak and scotch eggs from here, as well as the truffle brie! Really good quality of food, worth the price and helpful service. The owners are great and always keen to help find the right product. Keen to come back again soon!

I’ve never posted a Google review before, but was so impressed with my first visit to Brooks. The young staff were friendly, polite, efficient, patient and skilled, and helped brighten up what must be one of the most miserable days in a miserable year. And the boss wasn’t even there, as I heard another customer leave a message for her! This is exactly what good service should look like, I will definitely return.

Bought the best steak in my life in the UK. As an Italian, I've struggled to find good and tasty ingredients in the UK, but I have been able to find here ingredients that made me feel like home. Thank you so much for it! Definitely recommended and coming back soon :)

I come here quite often. Today for dinner I had one of their ribs of beef on the bbq followed by some of their Brie and their own bread. Utterly sublime! At the other end of the scale their burgers and sausages are excellent. As are the marianated chickens...

Quality doesn't come cheap but it is worth it. All meat excellent quality. I sometimes am a little disappointed with the sausages. Very handy to have fruit, veg and delis items all in the one shop. All are good quality.

You can buy whole pig heads, ideal for if your child wants to go as "jack" from lord of the flies for book day, im not sure about the rest of the food, all I know is they have pig heads.

A fantastic local butcher selling every cut of meat you can think of and then some. A good deli too - delicious cheeses and charcuterie. They are always happy to help you with cooking instructions or guidance on how much meat you'll need per head, etc. Lucky to have this place local and I can't recommend it enough!
