I. F.It's hard to find a great local butcher - well look no further because you've found one. I was looking for lamb loin to make an experimental Lamb Wellington. Ricardo couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable and cut me two beautiful pieces that made a superb meal. And all at a very reasonable price. I have a host of family members arriving in a few weeks, and guess where I am going to get the roast beef that I plan to cook? Wish I had found these guys sooner. Great place.
