A. N.If you live in Highgate or anywhere within driving/tube distance from this butcher and you have not bought from them yet, then please do so now. I promise you will never go back to the supermarket. Lee the butcher himself will give you great tips on how to prepare your meat and how long t cook it for or even how to serve it. The meat is beautiful and organic, and from what I understand from small farms.
C.Nicest butcher. Just picked up a couple steaks, he didn't have everything I needed but happily recommended another butcher! For that very reason I will come back next time I need a butcher. Thank you!!!

I. S.If you like meat, as in PROPER meat, shop here. Watch Lee the master at work, learn how your meat is prepared, get advice on how to cook it, everything basically. Go back to the day when meat was a luxury and forget your chickens that are two for a fiver! You will never be the same again if you usually buy supermarket meat. You meat as well be eating vegetables the difference is so great!
D. R.It's a nice local butchers, but nothing special. Good selection of meat available, unfortunately the quality is not quite as good as the best from waitrose and it is not noticeably cheaper.
