The meat is quality I belive you get what you pay for if you want good quality meats served with a smile then this is the butchers for you. I have lived locally for 30 years and I even purchase meats for my parents in who live in Camberwell. Keep up the good work :-)

J. S.What a great butcher! Very knowledgeable folks who are happy to discuss with you what you’re cooking and make some great suggestions to make it even better. I wanted to make a rabbit stew (unfortunately they were out of rabbit), so I was steered to a guinea fowl and some tasty smoked streaky bacon. Also don’t forget to pick up some duck eggs whilst there and call ahead to source anything that is a rarity, like rabbit.
a. s.Amazing meat, ribs are super meaty and a bargain. Tiny frontage but they are a London wholesaler so have tonnes out back. I believe they supply some of the top restaurants and hotels and have direct links to the farmers and abattoirs so can request specialist cuts. Very friendly staff and now my favourite butcher in the area.

L. G.Fantastic butchers. Chris and the guys always have great suggestions, and they're very friendly. They always have "something special in the back", ie, an unusual cut that you wouldn't have thought of yourself. The meat is top quality, as good as anything you'd get at the posh places like Ginger Pig (which I also love). Definitely try their sausages too - much better than supermarket sausages, and about the same price, or cheaper for far better stuff.
