I had the pleasure of Gillian Wilson being my consultant at Arnold Clark Aberdeen Mazda. From the first time I spoke with her about exchanging my car for a new one up until the day I got the keys and drove away in my new car, Gillian was SO helpful. I can’t recommend her enough! She was kind, helpful, easy to talk to and I could just tell she has a great personality! Nothing was too much trouble for Gillian and we may have had some hiccups (due to myself!) but Gillian helped me sort this with ease! Her customer service is 5 stars and her knowledge of what she does in her job comes across very clearly. I have dealt with other well know car dealers brands in the past and didn’t have a positive experience but it was the complete opposite with Arnold Clark and that is all thanks to Gillian! I will return to Arnold Clark in the future. Thank you Gillian 😀

Purchased a gorgeous 2018 Mercedes from Arnold Clark. I was a little apprehensive about buying a vehicle of that class from a non-main dealer and without a manufacturer warranty especially following a recent nightmare with a main dealer which was ongoing. Keith was very understanding and re-assuring. Answered my many questions without any erms or r’s. Honest, straight talking and to the point from the start - none of the typical sales man tricks. Delivered the vehicle to Bristol over the course of a weekend, kept me up to date with everything. I was sent a video of the car before placing a reservation and also again prior to delivery - great attention to detail and pointed out very minor cosmetic marks to the paint work which would be expected for a 4 year old car. On collection - team at Bristol click and collect were great. Initially the tread on the rear tyres looked low, Keith wasn’t available so ended up speaking to a manager. Again, very helpful and honest. Advised me to have the tyres checked at Mercedes and if they were below 3mm they would replace them. Tyres were around 3mm and 3.5mm which is give or take half way worn - still good for a little while. Keith called to check everything was ok with the car a few days after collection. I simply can not thank Keith, Chris and everyone involved in the process from start to finish. Very happy with the car and the experience. Some dealerships could definitely take a leaf out of there book.

An amazing experience every time. They helped me with my past few cars and they've looked after me each time. During COVID Andrew helped me get as much done online and over the phone from home that we could, even providing a couple of video tours of the car, then the only visit required was to collect the car in person. Cannot fault the staff and service, highly recommended.

Good in general but the Service area needs to pick up the phone to avoid the customers to call more than once to get an appointment. They should send a technician from the body shop when a quotation for a minor body repair (scratches as I had) can be quoted and avoid sending you to the body shop to make another appointment. The representatives were attentive and I could pick up the car in the afternoon as agreed.

Excellent Service from Click and Collect Aberdeen. Got the car from Glasgow branch but collected from Aberdeen and there was no service book sent with the car. Tried to contact Glasgow branch for 3 days but never managed to reach dealer and thy did not even call back even though I left my contact details. When collected my car in Aberdeen they told me to contact them if any issues and Glasgow branch cannot help so when called them they were very helpful on all matters and even were helpful to chase up missing documents. During all those very friendly interaction was observed as well.

We used the 'Click and Collect' service to pick up a car brought over from another branch and Callum could not have been more helpful. Can’t speak highly enough of Kevin Bain at this place, went in and we were just being ignored by the other staff at first and then Kevin appeared with a big smile and actually listened to us, even the kids! Hate garages who don’t listen but try to palm cars you don’t need on to you. Anyway he listened and gave us time to think about things, we went back the next day even agreed a few extra things. The garage has a nice layout and a good selection of cars. Parking is fine and the bus stop Is just down the road. Free coffee and biscuits and juice for the kids. We will be back again in a couple of years to change up, thanks Arnold Clark and thanks Kevin.
