Great ‘old style’ cheery welcome from the reception team at AC Mercedes Aberdeen - this has not always been the case so I was delighted as a returning customer to find a quality team installed there. Neil Herd was a sales person to whom I had an immediate affinity…..spoke in a non condescending way when asked about the experience of topping up an electric vehicle (my major concern) and convinced me to trade across to an EV. I wanted to share a negative experienced turned into a positive here. We took our car for a service and for one reason or another, the job wasn't finished or executed well. I was ready to write them off at this point but Blanca got in touch and in the way of an apology they collected our car, valeted it, and dropped it back to us. To further their apology still - they offered us a very nice voucher, which we plan to use for our anniversary. I felt this was really good customer service and deserved a review. Everything doesn't run perfect all of the time, but it's this level of customer service that can turn a negative experience into a positive one.

Fantastic service from Ian Preston and Siobhan Creech the Management team, also John Cow on sales. I got a fantastic service, brilliant deal and a wonderful experience..Far better than I've ever received before buying a car from Ford to a recent Maserati purchase. The deal I got on a new A class for my son was excellent. There are some negative reviews on here and they are currently a bit understaffed it seems but it's worth the wait if you value fairness, polite and efficient service and great Mercedes Deals. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic service and professionalism this branch in Aberdeen has shown. After going to a Merecedes car garage down here in England and getting an awful customer service, I decided to give Arnold Clark in Aberdeen a chance due to having the car we were looking for. I never once made the 8 hour drive up however I was looked after so so well by Craig Stott and his manager Siobhan. I recommend anyone to visit the branch here as these people will do their absolute all for you. I will be back within the next 12 months to purchase my second car specifically through this branch and will recommend you highly to others. WOW, what an amazing experience! Booked basic appointment to get my mud flaps fitted at local Mercedes dealership. Well organised and good communication, however, charged me for 25 litres of Adblue on my service bill. Not sure where they put it as my car does not use Adblue. It's a Blue Efficiency model NOT a BlueTec model. After a couple of calls, situation resolved, cost refunded. Overall great service.
