He took into account the amount i had to spend and how he could maximize my purchase. The administration of the purchase was handle very efficiently without and drama. The car was presented in a very clean state. I have now had the car fro several weeks and confirm that the car is perfect for what I need. My experience with Motorchoice Aberdeen has been excellent. I walked on to the forecourt and was left alone for a while to have a wander which was a good start and then the salesman Cameron Gall came out to see me. From then on he’s was helpful and professional. Although I ended up walking away from the excellent deal I was offered due to personal circumstance I was well impressed with the way everything was dealt with and I am happy to go back to Motorchoice when the time is right for me. I had a very specific set of requirements for a VW Golf R Estate - and it meant that I couldn't just go along to my local dealer to find what I was looking for. Initially Motorchoice also didn't have what I was looking for either - but after a conversation with Allan Bell, he took the time to really understand my requirements, what I needed and that I wouldn't compromise on those. A short time later, a sister branch of Motorchoice, Specialist Cars VW Aberdeen got a vehicle in that was just what I was looking for. Allan got in touch to let me know that it was there and asked if I'd like to know more. He arranged to have a video made up for me and answered a few of my questions on it - and at that point it was agreed that I would purchase the car, directly through Allan himself. Both Allan and Motorchoice Aberdeen should be praised for their professionalism and understanding of a customers requirements as, all too often in the past, I've had to contend with companies and sales people attempting to sell me whatever they have in their forecourt on the day. By building out a relationship like this it has ensured that where possible, I will always buy from Allan and Motorchoice in the future. Oh, and the car is amazing! Delivered to my door in Stirling as agreed - couldn't travel up to Aberdeen due to COVID but that too was also great. Contactless everything, from the word go - couldn't ask for more. Car was in great condition when it arrived, couldn't ask for more.

Just purchased a a3 saloon few days ago and I can't recommend Aberdeen branch highly enough especially thor nothing was a issue I arrived to look around cars at 4.30 not realising they closed at 5 wasn't an issue to thor took me out on a test drive a good one not just round the block either never pressured me to buy there and then told me to go have a think about it etc he kindly sent me a personalised video and message of the car and links incase I wanted to reserve the car which I did couple of emails later all paperwork was done organised a collection date and time to suit me with my work shift pattern etc car is in excellent condition fully valeted on collection paperwork etc all ready for me arriving easiest sales person Iver ever dealt with he even emailed me a couple of days after I collected the car to check I was still happy with the car etc 5* if I could score higher I would and would definitely deal with them again thanks again

Overall I wouldn’t say I had the best experience. During COVID-19 was a strange time to buy a car so there was less of a human interaction, which I respect. When I purchased my car I had a quick look over and left. Upon further inspection a lot of the work that was said to be done hadn’t been done properly so this resulted in returning the car. I’m still having issues with the car that hadn’t been rectified. The issues that were rectified were done without hassle which was great. The biggest thing I felt disappointed with is the fact that I had to examine the car to point out the issues to the body work and alloys. When I received the car the second time it was very dirty and had still not been valeted inside properly. Once I got home I had to wash the car and found other issues that could of been taken care of the 1st/2nd time. This is just my personal experience and I’m sure I’m just one of the unlucky ones. Update - I had never had any contact from Motorchoice regarding this issue.

Dealt with Alan whilst purchasing a used vehicle, Alan unfortunately had to be called away elsewhere due to circumstances outwith his control, so dealt with Adam mostly, who was very helpful. I needed the vehicle in a short time and they delivered as requested. My biggest problem was to do with the valet the car got before I picked it up. I found a used face mask in one of the door pockets, and the exterior seemed to have been rinsed rather than actually cleaned. 3 stars overall due to the condition the car was handed over in.

A follow up from my purchase over a month on now. Car was great have had an intermittent fault with my reverse parking sensors not working then working. Sent various emails /calls to the sales team with empty promises of getting the car looked at or just no reply at all. Very disappointed in the after sales care from them. I'm at the point now where the car is getting booked into my local garage and I will foot the cost of repair. Fed up of getting the run around now. The problems I was having have now all been repaired courtesy of motor choice Edinburgh great service from them and the technician Colin was great kept me up to date with the repair. Thanks colin.

I had a great buying experience, I needed to change my car during lockdown, and after a few phonecalls, we managed to sort out a part exchange that we were both happy with. I dealt with Thorfinn from the sales team pretty much exclusively, and he was brilliant with everything. It was great to see all the measures in place to ensure social distancing, hand sanitisers, and shielding screens in use on the one occasion I needed to go in - which was to pick up the actual car. Happy customer here :)

Overall great service! Issues with my car quickly dealt with by the service team who are very responsive and professional. I highly recommend this car dealership for both purchases and maintenance.

Securing a car over the phone during lockdown without seeing it was always a risk. But I did it anyway. I dealt with Ross over the phone initially and he was very helpful and honest about the car. I traded in my Astra for a BMW 335d Xdrive and he gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I then dealt with Thorfinn thereafter for the 2 weeks running up to the day of them reopening. Again; he was very helpful. We done a 230 mile round trip to do the deal. Upon arriving to collect the car, we were seen to straight away by Thorfinn and I’d say we were in there no linger than 45 minutes. The car was clean inside and out including disinfected. The engine bay was even spotless I could eat my dinner off it. Fresh MOT the day before collection. 3 brand new Pirelli tyres, new disks and pads on the back. It was definitely up to a high standard and definitely road worthy. Really happy with my purchase. Top marks for the guys at Motorchoice Aberdeen. I will definitely consider them for my next purchase in the future. Highly recommend.
