Brought a 2019 bmw m4 convertible a few weeks ago so happy with the car. Very good people to deal with. Everything was sorted out very quickly and professionally. Jack was very helpful sorting out things with the finance company and got things in motion. The car was exactly as described and I was definitely not let down after making a 300 mile trip by train. My husband and I visited Furness Park last weekend hoping to get a better idea of what sort of car would suit us once our newborn arrives in a few months. We were immediately made to feel welcome and were shown a number of different options. We came back the following day to test drive a car but felt we needed something to compare it to. If you need a new to you car, there aren’t many better places than Furness Park. Glenn looked after us from start to finish, it was a long distance sale (from Bristol) but we couldn’t wish for better communication and information. After a long time searching, I found a stunning 911 at Furness Park. I had planned on buying from a main dealer to secure all the protection that comes from so doing. Glenn assured me that the car and warranty from Furness Park would exceed expectations. I was reassured and decided to make the 5 hour journey to view the car. During the next week or so, the car was prepared and then delivered by George, in a covered transporter. Everyone involved in my purchase was passionate about what they do. I must say a special thank you to Andrea who was so organised and professional in dealing with the paperwork and arrangements for delivery. To me, the mark of an exceptional business is one that places customer satisfaction uppermost and genuinely goes above and beyond to achieve that. I feel like I have been introduced to the family and I will look to purchase cars from them in future. There were a couple of issues but true to form Glenn rectifed them to ensure I was totally satisfied. Seems to me that an ethos of honesty and a genuine commitment to customers, embedded in earlier generations, lives on and long may it continue to do so. Firstly I need to say this is my third experience of car purchase from Furness Park. Once again the Stoker family has provided a truly wonderful service. I spoke with Glen to say what I was looking for and after a short wait he produced the ultra low mileage example that I have come to expect from the fantastic Furness Park.team. A few suggestions were made to alter the cars appearance slightly to which I gave the nod to go ahead. Trusting the team at Furness Park was the right decision as they have produced a car with massive kerb appeal. Top Dealership. All the staff here are brilliant. I was skeptical buying a used car online without a test drive or checking it in person but Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. What an amazing company!!! Never had such a fantastic experience with car dealership before! We bought our car from Furness Park in the middle of the pandemic without even seeing the car. I bought a Cayenne Turbo from Furness Park Prestige. Car was immaculate upon collection. Slight issue with the spare key but the guys ordered me a brand new key from the main dealer with no questions asked. I travelled from Essex all the way to them to buy the car. A 12 hour round trip. Worth it entirely. Handover was excellent. Car was exactly as described. If you are considering a car form them but worried about the distance, I would say that even though I though the same, the car I bought exceeded my expectations. Superb.

I have been in the motor trade now for 32 years and saw a side to a Vehicle sales garage that most people will never see. I recently decided to change my car and visited Furness Park as I had previously purchased from them before. Every car I looked at was immaculate, I was given the keys to everything I wanted to drive and a set of plates so I could road test......nothing was too much trouble. Once I decided on a car I left it with them with a view to collect the following week. However at a mid point in the week I was given a company courtesy car to make a 2nd key for and when I come to drop it off I noticed my new purchase in the workshop. Now customers are not allowed into that area so I was extremely privaliged to get to chat to the tech and workshop control and saw for my self the level of care put into making sure the experience of collection of the new car was going to be beyond expectations. Serviced, new Mot plus the adviced repairs all carried out then a full Valet by Richard at Dalton The car is amazing better than I could ever have imagined and the extremely high class level of detail by all the staff and management made this experience a pleasurable and smooth transition 10/10 5* A+ I cannot say how good they were .....and I own my own garage 😊

Traveled 2 hours to view a 7 series BMW, my original contact was on a days holiday when i arrived, which i was not very happy with but I need not have worried as all my details had been passed on to Ryan who along with Glenn answered all my questions regarding the vehicle. Bought my 2nd vehicle of Furness park Glenn has been what I class as a straight shooter, he's direct and fair. Bought a C63 some years ago from them it was ace, I went in to see about a Vito XLWB and without hesitation they got 1 not even advertised and I bought it. Glenn has provided a courteous car for a few days while new Vito is getting serviced. So if you're looking for a vehicle give Furness park a try they have always been fair, may charge a little more but buy local you build a relationship and also any problems there just down the road plus they have to make a living. A Selection of all cars/vans are always vast from ford to Ferrari so spot on once again thanks Glenn and your team great effort keep it up!!

In 25 years of car ownership I would describe our recent buying experience with Furness Park Prestige & Sport as the best ever !! From our initial walk in, to completion of trade in and sale there is not one single element of this experience that I wasn't 100% happy with. Brought a low milage BMW M2 on 7/9/19. Grant was extremely helpful and because I had to travel 180 miles from Birmingham, made sure everything was ready and sorted for me on the day. Because it was low on petrol they gave me half a tank of my prefered petrol. I got back and all the paperwork and business side of things was covered swiftly and comfortably. I went to try-out two mini cooper coupes with my father-in-law this week. I was honestly bowled over by the fantastic service, not at all what I expected when looking to buy a second-hand car. Grant had the cars ready and waiting to test drive when we arrived. He knew every detail of the cars which were in immaculate condition. I took the first for a drive with Grant, then the second with my father-in-law (much to his discomfort with my driving style!). Grant happily acceded to my odd request to measure the dimensions of the boot (to see if my bicycle would fit). I was allowed loose with a cup of tea and to play 'mr toad' in all the fancy cars in the showroom while the grown-ups talked shop. My father-in-law who has been in sales all his working life was very happy dealing with Grant and the price agreed was very fair. Sadly my only regret is that the car was just not right for me, not big enough for a bicycle and I ended up choosing another car (at another dealers with a very poor service in comparison) Please please please consider these guys when looking for a second hand car, I cannot rate them more than 5 stars on here but in my mind they are definitely an 8!

Anyone interested in purchasing a car from furness Park!!! Please read this first.....I have been with Furness Park for more than a decade now buying several cars ... I have never been disappointed .. Ever!... even when the car did not fit me it was not a problem to change it ... the service and the general feel to the place is second to none: warm, welcoming and friendly. So.. My expectations are high ... However, Sunday changed all that...when I hit a rock on wry nose pass in the lakes... I thought I was snookered ... My car does not have a spare wheel...In the lakes on a Sunday..oh my!.. I had to get home ... I rang my insurers .. they said they'd send me a quote for roadside assistance that I never had.... and said ... "They were sorry "... fantastic effort Admiral ... So I rang Furness Park .... Unbelievably... they responded straight away .. I talked to Aaron who said not to worry and he would sort things.....within an hour he had sorted, not only a replacement tyre to try, but two people to come to my rescue.... Brian turned up with a smile on his face and asked how I was..He left me with a curtesy car for me to continue on my way and just said leave this with me.....FANTASTIC!!! NOPE ...GREAT?.. NO... it was OUTSTANDING!!!!!.... Way, WAY above the call of duty on a Sunday afternoon... this team responded and mobilised to get me out of a spot that could quite clearly have caused some distress and discomfort... The whole team were great and I am so pleased to be with this crew .....No other service would have preformed to that level on a Sunday pm...I know this is a long post but I am truly humbled and blown away by their response to my dilemma ... Were on our second car now from furness park our previous being a BMW x3 m-sport Bmw contacted us and invited us to a sales event not to be missed apparently they told us we were in negative equity with our x3 and then lost interest. So disappointed i went to furness park on the way home as i knew we were not. I was approached by Ryan i think and i explained about BMW and he said straight away that cant be right. He asked if there were any cars we were interested in and my wife like the the Tiguan R line diesel dsg they had the exact car in stock and said we could take home for the day whilst they went through the figures. We returned later that day and he confirmed we were in the positive equity as such and offered money towards the BMW. Happy with there honest approach i said i would lime to proceed. They then said take the car for the weekend and see how you get on just to be sure its the one for you. How many trader's you know would do that? Luckily for me there local but if you are from away that is no problem either as they will make sure you are 100% happy. We are thinking of getting the new Tiguan this year and will be going back as they can find any car you like. I hope this review clears up any reservations you may have about buying a car over distance or not from a main dealer.
