This is my first time to buy a car online. It's an unexpected surprise. I'm very lucky to meet Rob, who is very helpful. He patiently explained all my problems. The work efficiency is very high. He does all the work in less than a week. , After all the procedures are completed, I will get the car I bought. The after-sales service is also great and very responsible. If there is any question, I will get a reply quickly and help me with it! It's really great, I really want to give it a thumbs up!

I cannot recommend Rob at Drivestyle highly enough 😊 I’m a partner of a small building company & so far we’ve purchased 4 vans from Rob over the years & quite frankly wouldn’t entertain going anywhere else. In early December I had a non fault head on collision which resulted in my van being wrote off. Commercial vehicles are at a premium currently & hard to get, so getting the right spec at short notice was always going to be a challenge, however Rob delivered & made the process easy for me 😁 He took all the hassle away & sorted out all the little details that I needed & had on my previous van, like dead locks, roof bars, racking, alloys, side bars & even the sign writing. Rob was always at the end of the phone to answer any Q’s & update, needless to say my new vehicle was delivered today fully loaded & ready to go to work. This is my second purchase with Drivestyle where I had bought a transit connect and after 2-3 years have now outgrown this and needed a bigger van, a transit custom. I came back to Drivestyle simply because of the service, respect and continuous professionalism from both Rob and Dean in both purchases. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and Rob found the perfect van that I required. I love the styling that Rob & Co had available and opted for this to be fitted. I took the opportunity to have various upgrades done and an immobiliser fitted while they were fitting it out. Between Rob & Dean, everything was coordinated in good time. I had a fair idea what to expect when I went to pick up the van but nothing actually prepared me for what I saw. I was actually overwhelmed with excitement and blown away with what I saw. I know it’s just a van but when you’re a tradesman and you spend nearly everyday in it, you like the comforts and feel of a car. Dean greeted me at Dunstable as he did the first time. As always, he was polite, courteous and professional as well as very prompt in closing the sale. He clearly talked me through some of the newer technology in these vans with Apps and stuff and I left there completely satisfied. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Sorry if this long winded but I strongly felt the need to share my experiences with Drivestyle, particularly Rob & Dean. Rob has been more than helpful in arranging quotes for my new lease car. Recently just purchased a new van from this company, part exchange for old van, from the very start they were so helpful, everything ran so smoothly customer service was second to none, we had a slight hick up a few weeks after purchasing the van but after a phone call they had my van in the workshop fixing the issue which I know most places wouldn’t of bothered, they also gave me a van so I could still get to work and pleasure, after it was fixed they come and dropped my van back off to me so I didn’t have to miss a days work, I couldn’t ask for a better service I would highly recommend these guys!
