Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly and even set my phone up with the Bluetooth and downloaded a few apps for me to use in the car. The owner Imran was very professional, honest, and helpful, and the car we bought looked like it had just come out of the showroom. We traded in our old car and came out with a lovely shiny used car the same day. It was such an easy and pleasant experience, and we would recommend Empire Cars in Wilstead, Bedford to anyone looking to buy a car as the service is second to none. S.Travelled from Birmingham to see a Mini Cooper. Sam greeted me and told me all the info on the motor. Question's I asked were honestly answered, and going for a test drive was no problem for them. A fear I had was that there'd be pressure to buy like so many places these days, but this was not the case. No pressure to buy whatsoever. I decided to buy and Imran sat with me to go through all paperwork.
Both lads were really friendly, explained everything in detail and made it a stress free positive experience.
