Recently purchased a 2015 320d from Justin. Car was a very fair price for the age and spec and also gave me a above average price for my px. As used cars can do developed a fault after a few weeks. Justin was responsive and kept his word on getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. From my experience would happily recommend.

Recently bought a 116i bmw from here. Darren was excellent, full of great information about the car and his customer service was brilliant. He was able to answer all question and gave us information about how the superb warrenty works (definitely going to be renewing mine at the end of it 3 months). The price of the car was very competitive, in fact all the cars there were priced very well. Definitely worth a browse if you're in the market for a new car.

Recently purchased an eight year old Corsa which was supposed to come with 12 months MOT but didn't. I got it MOT'd at my local garage (1.5 hours away) and it failed on emissions due to a part that had been modified by the previous owner. Justin immediately had the required parts delivered to my garage and the car was repaired and passed its MOT at no expense to myself. My garage has checked the car and there are no concerns. One star dropped because the car should have been MOT'd but Justin's service was faultless and my son now has a good car.

Bought a Jaguar XF SV8 in November 2021. On the test drive I spotted the aircon wasn't working but other than that, the car was good. Pointed this out and they had in regassed prior to sale of the car. Collected the car and within a week the aircon was no longer working - must be a leak in the system. Took it to my local Jag specalist to confirm this with a dye test. I then spoke with Jason who agreed to take the car back and resolve the issue for me. New condensor fitted and regassed, all okay! Very happy with the service and importantly the car. Thank you.

I have just brought a new car from this garage. The owner was really helpful, he did not pressurise or do the normal salesman patter. Bought my first car (first purchased, had a 2005 fiesta I earned my ncd with prior from my parents) and everyone was super helpful and friendly, ran me through all the processes. Also my passenger side door didn't lock by the fob and without question they've bought the part and are ready to pay the garage fees - very impressed for my first experience 😁 Will 100% recommend friends to check here out when they're looking for a new car as prices good too, my mx5 was a good £1000 cheaper than anywhere else on autotrader.

Purchased a Mini Cooper from them, living 150 miles away I was nervous that the car may not be as described. But it was! . They allowed me to test drive the car and the deal was completed and we drove it home . So far so good ! I had a part exchange and that was all agreed prior to me making the journey and they were true to their word. I had a private ref to swap over and they were excellent in helping me through this process . I was able to drive home with my plates on the car . Brought a Silver 2011 Vauxhall Corsa for my sister from here in February 2019 now had the car for 9 months and have had no issues whatsoever. Purchased the car from Darren and it is the best experience that I have had even better than my experience at a main dealer. Being only 21 he did not look down on me and brush me aside but was very respectful and made the entire process feel very genuine and transparent. Part exchanged a mini and was given a great price, unlike other dealers that would give an offer that was embarrassing and explained the reason why and how they price their vehicles. Gave me plenty of room to look at the car without feeling the pressure of someone looking over your shoulder constantly like these main dealers and happily trusted me to go for a test drive on my own. Even after purchasing the car had great aftercare as I live quite far, he gave advice and recommendations that are closer to me. Have nothing bad to say, would definitely recommend and would 100% use again. Great business that focuses on its customers rather than just quick sales.

Customer service was good on the surface but was riddled with some deception and small lies sadly. Sold a car and I was told I was the second owner, but I am actually the third, was told stains on seats would be cleaned before collection but weren't and then was told they would post a cleaning kit and paint specific paint correction kit, and 'comnfirmed' that these were mailed, but I never receieved them. I did have an issue with the car a few weeks later to which they chipped in for the cost which was nice, but still.
