Purchased a Hyundai from these chaps 7 weeks ago. The sale was very easy and very pleasant staff. Although we had a serious clutch problem in the first two weeks they collected the car from me and within 5 days it was sorted at great cost apparently. They collected me from the train station to pick it up again.All is fine now even after towing a trailer. Apart from a long wait for the V5 document this has been a good experience and would recommend to buy from them.

We bought a car from these guys. Having always bought from main dealers, I have to say I was dubious at first. I couldn't have been more wrong. We read the reviews, made a call and then a visit. We got a good vibe and we bought a 2016 Volvo V40. Sahar wasn't pushy, was able to talk about the cars history with confidence and then show us all the corresponding paperwork and evidence. Probably for the first time, we actually enjoyed buying a car. We agreed a collection day that meant Zahar needed to change some of his personal commitments to meet our needs, and he didn't hesitate. He even picked me up from the train station. After the delivery we had a minor issue with the car - and this perhaps the most important thing - there was no hesitation - Zahar wanted to sort it for us, no ifs no buts. He wanted everything right and squared off and was true to his word, no hassle. Everything done at our convenience. This is a truly professional business. These guys know the history of their cars, they are very careful in what stock they buy in and they look after their customers. We are hugely happy and they will be our first go to for our next car whenever that is. If you've seen a car but you're unsure, give them a visit - you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous, professional brothers run this business. I was wary about buying an unseen car online, however, I got a good vibe. I also read the reviews, which helped and they proved true. What a lovely man Ameur is, my brother found me an adapted car but it was over 200 miles away, so it's a long way to go for a car if it isn't as described, but yes the car was and we bought it but there was a was absolutely no pressure to buy it, so yes I would be happy to recommend Ouse Valley car sales.
