Brought a 2018 Suzuki Celerio in the summer of 2021. Car at first had a few small issues which were not obvious unless driven on a long run. Contacted Park road Garage about the issues and they collected the car from my place of work. Loan car was offered but not needed. Car was returned quickly with all issues fixed. That was 7 months ago, 8'000 miles ago and car drives perfect and no problems. Very happy with the car and very happy with the aftersales service. Nice to know that once a garage has your money then your not just fobbed off. I recommend Park Road garage and will be happy to use them again when the time comes.

I must say I am feeling really good since leaving with my new Jaguar! I was made to feel very comfortable and was never too much trouble. I live half an hour away from the dealership and I went back and forth 3 times over the course of a week... Most other dealerships would have gave up on me after walking away twice; However I was rung back yesterday and was told that they had been doing some digging and had found a solution for my restraint. I have trust issues with dealerships as you never feel you’re really getting the best deal possible which in most cases you aren’t; However after spending 5 hours with the owner today, trust was built and I ended up feeling comfortable to go ahead with the offer.. He even brought me lunch which was a really nice gesture. I would 100% recommend Imran to anyone and everyone and I will happily return in the future when the time comes to change again.

We have just purchased a 2014 VW Mk7 1.6 SE tdi from Park Road Garage, beds. for our grandson. Their ad claimed it had full service history & in their words was "ready to go". If fact the car was overdue a service, had a scratched windscreen & needing a full valet, but these matters were delt with to our satisfaction.
