Apart from the messy pod, the process of selling a vehicle here is simple, quick and offers are fair, the rep made it clear that a higher price could be possible if sold privately but I was happy to sell to WBAC for the price offered ! 👍

The service and price we received was good but I was contacted 4 times about confirming and multiple texts, a bit over the top I felt. The state off the office is very unprofessional, the chairs are broken, it really.wasnt somewhere you wanted to sit to discuss your vehicle and it's all very dirty with food packaging on the desks, just a bit off putting when you go in

Great customer service, called when appointment made online to go through details and tell me who I was meeting on the day and what to take with me. Received texts the day before as a reminder too Leah was really helpful and friendly and it was all done quickly and efficiently. Good price received for my car too. Very happy.

Quick and easy. Unlike other reviews, I found service very friendly. Office is a bit messy so you don't get a great opinion of the company. Yes, nicks and scratches will devalue the price against the market value - I found a difference of 8% between their website and my final offer price. In my case, completely worth it for 25 minutes of my time to sell a car.

Pauline was great. If you know your car's value and declare any damage online honestly, you will not have any nasty surprises when WBAC make their final offer. Turn up with all docs, full service history, two keys, spare wheel and a parcel shelf and the transaction will be a breeze. I got £11,400 for my car whereas the nearest trade offer was 11K.

Nice staff, didnt expect to get the price I was quoted but was quite a bit under. Make sure you have 2 keys / long mot. That will go someway to stopping a few hundred pounds being taken off the offer!
