My Wife and I collect our brand new 2022 Seat Arona FR TSI in Sapphire Blue last Friday, the first one registered in Northern Ireland from Agnew's Ladas Drive. I'd bought my previous Seat Ibiza Fr here and was so well treated and looked after I had no hesitation in returning. On both occasions we were looked after by Philip McCambridge and Stephen Maghie whose knowledge and professionalism to go that extra mile was great to see. I bought a car from this showroom in January. I was not allowed into the car or drive the car however Sandy, the Sales Executive, was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. On top of that the price was attractive. It is now the end of February and I feel now is the time to tell the truth about the car, the Sales Executive and the Showroom. The car answers and tells the truth about Sandy the Sales Executive and the Showroom. The only fault is a stain on the back seat but the price was too good to turn down. Everything else was 100% as Sandy told me as the car is a lovely drive and I would go back to this Showroom again to buy a car as they were very easy to deal with and sold me a car that fitted my needs and more. Have been coming here for the best part of 10 years now.... bought about 6 cars of these guys..every time i come up i get treated so well from the minute i step through the door. i either deal with mark or sandy and both guys are always so quick and professional and always get me sorted with a new car with limited fuss. Mark Skinner was the sales executive that handled the sale, he was very knowledgable and professional and easy to work with. I was unlucky enough that my car broke down the moment I brought it home from the dealership. I did then have to return my vehicle a second time a few days after picking up the repaired car due to an unrelated issue. However despite that I was satisfied with how the problems were dealt with. I was able to make use of a courtesy car during the initial troubles. Beyond these initial giant hiccups, the car has been running nicely for the remainder of the warranty period. I dont disbelieve that they were unaware of the issues given that the car ran just fine during test drives before buying. Another issue I had was that the cover for the jacking point cover went missing on my vehicle on one side. I don't know whether it wasn't reattached properly during repairs or whether someone stole it whilst I had it parked somewhere. I did get a replacement ordered in though at a cost of £70. Despite this, I'm happy with the car and service provided. The price was competitive compared to other models too 👍🏼
