Bought a BMW Approved Used car from Robbie and I have to say that the service provided was the best. We received a detailed video of the car and I travelled from the UK mainland, Robbie helped me to plan the flight/ferry and find a good local hotel so it was a very easy process. He met me at the airport in the car and took me back to the dealership to complete the paperwork. He explained the vehicle controls and even left me some bottled water in the car for the homeward journey - thank you very much for assisting with the purchase. I was receiving my car after servicing, and arrived their with taxi and my bags. That guy watched me waiting at the car to lodge my bags and went inside w /out considering helping to blip the key for me to lodge my bags inside.

Only went to see the used approved cars. Great selection especially compared to what's available down south. Open access to see most cars and pretty much all had the details, year, mileage and pricing which was helpful. Handy location too on the Boucher road.

I had an appointment to look at a car in comparison to another car I was going to view somewhere else shortly after.
From start to finish I was treated like an extremely valued customer and the attitude from Robbie Dagher was exceptionally good. I had a couple of concerns about the car I looked at and Robbie was able to provide a mutual agreement alongside one of the managers to satisfy both parties.
Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide me every specific detail I asked for about the car including its full history. (Where they got it from, FSH etc…)
In the end I bought a car somewhere else due to higher spec but overall the reception from Robbie was 10/10.

Really friendly staff, definitely make for a pleasant experience. Got my car serviced (at surprisingly good value for money). Courtesy lift into town really useful also. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the complimentary car wash is hit & miss (I know, its free, but either do it right or don't do it at all) with parts of the bumper / exhaust tips being untouched. Also feels like there's a lot more swirl marks on the car now than there used to be - maybe it's time to invest in some new microwfibre wash mitts. Otherwise excellent and highly recommended!

So far this is the only retail service dealer who I find will fight your corner with the brand they represent for pricing, warranty and parts. The service staff are very helpful and realistic and try their best to get competitive prices in the service arena. Particularly if your car is out of warranty and getting up the mileage or age, and you love the model of car and want more out of it before a change and you are regular loyal customer to the Agnew Group. Loyalty does pay dividends not just at Bavarian but staying within the brands represented by Issac Agnew Group. Going cheap to the back street garage can work out more expensive eventually. All dealer work and parts are fully warranted and covered. Plus your car has a proven valuation history of dealer service. Best to think twice on after sales services...

I bought my vehicle remotely, and he certainly went the extra mile in keeping me up to date - with photos of it being loaded and great communication. The transport company they used (C.C.R.S) was also excellent. The flowers for my partner were a welcome surprise and a nice touch. I would highly recommend dealing with Chris - 5-stars to him!

The only reason this wasn’t 5-stars is that I was dealing with another salesman first, who was not quite as engaging and who mysteriously disappeared without explanation. I was speaking with the previous salesman one day, and the next day I was handed over to Chris! No idea why.

Further to my review above, we decided within a few days to change our car to a higher series. Nothing whatsoever wrong with the car, just us! We contacted Keith Craig, Sales Director, (whom we had previously dealt with) who was most helpful and understanding in our quest. Within a week from this contact, we were back in Belfast to collect our 4th car from this company. Both Keith and Jillian (administration) were once again excellent to deal with. Staff are warm and welcoming and sales and service are as good as you would expect with typical Germanic (brand) efficiency without being forceful or pushy. The showroom is stunning and a pleasant place to be in although sadly the cafe area is obviously closed during the pandemic. Some dealerships in NI get some of these things right but Bavarian seem to succeed in getting everything right.

I serviced 2 cars with Bavarian, 3 series(330D Xd), and 5 series(540i Xd), most services I've done with 3 series went fine with no issues.
At some point started to smell fumes inside the car, I've contacted Bavarian and was told that there is a recall service for the EGR valve which can be causing my issue. Took a day off from work waited nearly the whole day and was told that EGR was pressure tested and all looks good. The next day driving to work I've noticed still the same issue with the fumes but decided to ignore it for the time being, after few days got a warning on the dash saying my coolant is low, topped it up, and started reading about these symptoms in the web. After a few days received a letter from BMW UK saying if you have these symptoms 5 listed (which were matching my car) you have a faulty EGR valve please contact customer service After contacting customer service and a short explanation I was told that my car was already tested by Bavarian Belfast and according to this report I'm not entitled to recall this part, and was passed on to another representative it took a while to explain the issue but finally, I was appointed again to Bavarian but this time they changed the EGR valve. Since the change car came back to life again, more power no smell of fumes, etc. but it took 2 days off from work and a lot of hassle and also makes me wonder did they actually pressure test the EGR before.
Recently I've serviced 540i (Oil change, spark plugs, all filters) was appointed 11:00 in the morning, got the car back at 5 PM the same day. I've utilized a feature in the car that allows me to make a 360 degrees image of the surroundings around the car (max 3 images per 2 or 1 hour).
The car was washed at around 1 PM and didn't get into the garage until 4 PM I can't say for 100% but it seems it took a max of 1 h to do the service although I was told it takes 3 hours which I can agree. I'm not confident enough was the work done properly, throughout my experience with Bavaria Belfast in the past few years I will never service any of my cars ever again.
#Update: Recently I revisited the Service again and despite the issues I had with the dealer in the past everything was dealt professionally and smoothly. I've edited my previous review and changed 1 star to 5 starts.

Had been looking for the right spec car for some time and when the right car popped up at Bavarian, I was initially put off by the fact they are in Belfast and I’m on the UK mainland. From my initial telephone enquiry, Jonny at Bavarian couldn’t have been more helpful, something my local Mercedes dealer couldn’t even manage 10 mins from my own home.
I got a great deal on the purchase and Jonny offered useful advice on planning the logistics of heading over to Belfast to collect my car. Bavarian were super slick in handling the arrangements to collect me from my hotel and the car was waiting for me on the morning of my arrival. Jonny took the time to do a proper handover and even topped off the tank with fuel for my journey home.
Can’t fault the service from Jonny and the team at Bavarian. Other main dealers could learn a lesson from Bavarian. It was a genuine pleasure doing business with you.

I agreed a deal on a pre-reg BMW 225xe with Robbie Dagher at Bavarian BMW after he responded to my enquiry on Autotrader and even though I was travelling from Scotland this was the best UK price for the vehicle I could find even allowing for overnight stay and return ferry journey to and from Northern Ireland. Even though he hadn’t actually seen my trade in I got what I expected given the heavily discounted price on the new vehicle. Dealing with Robbie was a pleasure, I was sent a comprehensive and personal video of the vehicle, he was extremely prompt in replying to my emails, and helped me out with advice on my journey to Belfast. The day of the deal was a pleasure too being accommodated with my arrival time, hot drinks and pastries and a lovely bunch of flowers for my wife too.

I bought a 6 month old BMW 5 series from Bavarian and have had the vehicle for the past 2 years. I am changing it at the end of this month.
My experience with the staff at Bavarian has been nothing but positive.
From the greeting you receive as you enter the showroom, through to the sales team, service team and even the financial advisors, the entire staff seem to be wholly focused on making the customer experience a positive one.
Over the past few weeks, I have had minor issues with the car, including an unfortunate encounter with an Ulsterbus hitting my wing mirror. The staff seemed to bend over backwards to get the replacement parts as quickly as possible (over the Christmas period) and make the repair process as pain free as possible.
Even though I will not necessarily be changing my car to another BMW on this occasion, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bavarian to any potential buyer. The sales team made genuine efforts to get me a good deal on a new 5 series and even when I was not tempted (this time), I was still made to feel like a friend, who will be welcomed back next time around.
I don't know if the Bavarian brand is one big corporate con but I for one like what they do and more importantly.....how they do it.
I have bought many new and nearly new cars over the years, from many big and small dealerships but I have never been dealt with in the friendly, positive, customer centred way that is the Bavarian trademark.
