Hi should have been 5 star staff at front desk Allison was fantastic couldn't do enough but had a 5hr wait on 1st service and recalls really only to be told my car wouldn't start courtesy car not good as I have a back problem it was very difficult for me to drive too low down in seat not a comfortable drive at all thought it should have been like for like other than that was satisfactory sorry but will use again.

From the moment I received the reminder of my annual service for my Hyundai Tucson in my opinion all went 10 stars, I book the car on line no problems with your website, and also confirmed it by ringing your office once again the receptionist and the Service Dpto were excellent. On my arrival I was great it very cordially hand it over my keys as I was waiting on site. I proceeded to look around your extensive selection of new and used cars it was a pleasant walk. As it got a bit colder I went inside and sat at your welcoming area, I watch the TV and also observe potential buyers and the excellent way your staff looked after them. My time was up and a young lady come to fetched me she give me the report and final bell and I left 100% happy and satisfy that my car and I were in very good and caring hands. Bought a Hyundai Sante Fe here about 10 years ago and got it serviced there for the next 5 years. Enjoyed every visit the staff were talkative and pleasant and I always had a thorough service at reasonable money. Went back recently to buy a Tucson although I wanted white they had a few sitting but no white Tucsons. What I saw were at reasonable money but I was given a very poor price for my trade in Mini clubman. We spent ages getting to that point and it was disappointing but I did get a better price and a white Tucson but elsewhere.

Called into Charles Hurst Hyundai Dundonald as I noticed that the back wiper blade needed to be replaced on our Tucson. A very helpful service assistant called Allison arranged for the wiper to be changed made us coffee while the work was being carried out and the car was washed before it was returned to us.What excellent service. It was over 6 months ago since I bought my new Hyundai kona from charles Hirst dundonald and I have no bothe or problems since buying it, I did visit charles Hirst Boucher road a few days before hand and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. The salesman showed no interest and it became a bit embarrassing, I voiced my opinion and left. I then visited Charles hurst dundonald and was welcomed with open arms , I was introduced to a salesman called Ben who was a young man but very professional who took me for a test drive and gave me a good price for my old car.ben is a very intelligent, and has a professional way with dealing with me .
