Bought a used Ibiza from Andrew who was extremely helpful and easy to deal with, I’m extremely happy with the service I received from him. The car has had no bother since purchase besides a small issue which arose shortly after it was bought which I had to take it back three times for various issues with getting the right parts to fix the issue. Was told on the third time the car would be valeted for the inconvenience and unfortunately this didn’t happen as promised. Couldn’t fault the sale experience I had with Andrew but dealing with aftersales was frustrating but to their credit have always been friendly and apologetic for the issues.

You can find almost all brands used and brand new cars here. For used ones the price range is over the average but they give you warranty. The other good thing is you can find used cars which ran around 20K miles on a better competitive rate.

Our experience with Citroen Belfast was outstanding. We were booked in on a Saturday morning and had dealt with James Kennedy for the booking etc. James was really helpful in all areas. We travelled to Belfast from Newry for our service, therefore we needed to wait around the area until the service was completed. James directed us to a really nice restaurant in the area which he didn't have to do, a really down-to-earth helpful guy. We were told our service would take approx 2 hrs to complete and were really happy when it was completed in just over an hour! It meant we didn't have to wait around for much time at all. Very speedy service, helpful customer service, and particularly highlighting James for his manner and help during the whole process! Please give him praise and thanks on our behalf if possible and hire more guys like him!

UPDATE 27/9/21 I had a good update call with Warren in service and had a positive resolution. I had a boot that wouldn't stay open. I called last week to an engineer to explain the situation ie I could open the boot but I had to physically lift it to open it. Upon arrival I was told there was going to be a diagnostic fee of £96. In their defence I didn't object at this point as I needed my boot fixed, and I figured that it would have been figured out right away and saying I was getting it repaired I would be paying the labour of fitting. In the end I paid £60 for the diagnostic, but based on it taking likely a minute to diagnose it would be the struts, I estimate this as a labour rate of £3600. Really disappointed. This was a Citroën C4 that I bought from Boucher Road about 3 years ago, and this isn't the failure you would expect from a car with only 44k miles but that's life, but the lack of discretion and fairness was fairly irritating.

I visited quite a few showrooms on Boucher Road and Toyota stuck out - so much so that I bought a new car from them They use a very clever new sales system known as “honesty”. They never exaggerate, mis-sell or attempt to rush you. Their sale is based on the product and good information They send a personalised video of the cars you’ve looked at with them as a follow up to your visit which is a nice touch and it keeps the vehicle and sales person at the front of your mind when wading through a sea of choices. Special mention to Eoghan and Connor who were both first sales people and always professional throughout. Eoghan won me over by taking me to the smallest and least expensive car there was first and asking me if I really needed anything more than that. Honesty wins the day!
