Had the recent pleasure of dealing with Andrew at Dalys when purchasing the Hyundai Ioniq 5. Having test driven some other EVs recently, Dalys were definitely more welcoming with friendlier staff. They provided a good test drive experience compared to others. The car itself is amazing and is a better driving experience than other EVs I have tried. With current fuel prices the way they are we were very fortunate to get the car when we did. The running costs will be about 15% of a petrol vehicle using an Economy 7 electricity tariff! Would highly recommend a visit when purchasing your next vehicle.

Booked my Tucson in as the DPF light was on. Got a courtesy car which was really useful. Car fixed and washed for me picking it up all for no charge as I have a service plan out. (Interestingly my local dealer in Bangor were going to charge me £99 for fixing yhe car without the courtesy car. Go figure?!) I know who'll be getting my business from now on. I've bought my i30 from Dalys and dealt with Kevin recently. Kevin was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to talk. He was listening what you were saying and the most important for me, there was no sales pressure or unwanted phone calls. I received excellent service from Kevin from the start to the finish. At the beginning of my adventure with them, they booked the car for me and the car was held for me till I saw it. When we were talking about the price of the car, Kevin said that they would try to be competitive and they were. They didn't take any deposit from me and when I came to collect the car, my I30 had already been taxed, so I didn't have to wait extra time. Finally, when I was on my way home I noticed that I got more than half tank of fuel. It was a pleasure to deal with Kevin. Thank you.

Would definitely recommend Dalys garage of Belfast to anyone! When I initially arrived I was presented with a fantastic customer service experience. Have to state Philip Ritchie one of their service advisors that dealt with me was more than helpful and professional in what he did. While I was there, I noticed that they had been given a diamond award, which was hanging on the service dept wall. Without a doubt they really deserved every bit of the credit.

Overall great experience through Daly's Garage. My car had been damaged and I was put through to John at the service department, he was very polite and helpful. I was then passed onto Liam who dealt with car, again very polite and helpful. The car needed a new back door and back quarter panel, the guys at Daly's replaced the door and fixed the quarter panel and also sprayed it to a perfect colour match. They also polished and valeted the car to perfection, it honestly is like a new car. Hats off to these guys, would 100% recommend 👍

This dealership isn't local to me, I live over 50 miles away, and there are other dealerships located closer to my home, but I am SO glad I chose Dalys as it was totally worth the trip!!! I made several visits to Daly's Garage before buying my car in March 2017. I dealt with Kevin Daly. This was the most relaxed car buying experience that I've ever had. Totally different from other local dealers I'd been to. There was no pressure from Kevin who was a gentleman to deal with. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I went in. He was patient and explained both advantages as well as disadvantages of the cars I was looking at. I went away again to think about it. Finally I chose a Hyundai i40. I took another couple of weeks before I was ready to pick up the car. There was no pushy phone calls in the interim. Every time I went in he remembered me. I felt like their most important customer even though they were really busy some of the times when I went in. I've been back a couple of times in the 2 weeks since buying the car and each time the service was the same so it didn't end when I paid my money and left with the car. Overall would recommend Daly's.
