I dealt with Tony, who was very polite, knowledgeable, great at communication and keeping me updated.
There was a gap of a week between viewing the vehicle and picking it up, in which it was serviced and valeted to a high standard.
Well worth the journey to Birmingham from Penzance in Cornwall.

C. M.From my initial phone call to ask about the vehicle, to picking the car up, the service from Tony has been nothing short of exceptional. Once I had expressed an interest in seeing the car Tony immediately reserved it for me - no deposit, no pressure - he was immediately trusting which made me trust him. The vehicle itself was in fantastic condition with very low mileage, but there were a few things we wanted doing. All our requests were met without any fuss or any additional costs. Two weeks later after a service, 4 new tyres, a new MoT and an unbelievable valet (the car smells and looks new!) we picked up our Elgrand. Tony offers 6 months warranty (most other dealers offer 3) and he only deals in cars that are already in excellent condition and have been well looked after.
So if you want an excellent car, at a great price and you expect 1st class service - Tony is your man!
A. K.These are high end automotive vehicles. Their service cannot be matched. If you are looking for a bespoke service experience in buying a vehicle then look no further. When one hears "car dealership" your eastend cockney "gizzer" comes to mind. This isn't it. Good job Toni. Looking forward in do business again.
