Went down to pick up my brand new ds3 crossback and the service provided by Iki was phenomenal he went out of his way to make sure everything ran smooth and smoke to me as iff i had known him for years which was great instead of being talked to like a customer if you want a ds car definitely go to this dealership you will definitely be pleased by the service provided. My husband and I attended a prebooked test drive at R&D DS this morning. Robert Mclaughlin was friendly, knowledgable and took great interest in our needs. We were gutted the car we test drove wasn't right for us but Robert was understanding and gave us time to discuss the other models due on the market in the future. We left feeling looked after and when we look to explore our second EV we will be back to see what DS has to offer us then.

My husband and I went to look at the DS7 last weekend , just before we went to purchase a Peugeot 3008 , we looked at this particular model last year and spoke to Iky and liked it , however I fancied the 3008 ! So, we spoke to Iky whom sat patiently whilst we told him why we were there , he wasn’t pushy ! He listened to our preferences and advised us on the DS7 , his knowledge on this car is phenomenal. Spoke about this car in detail. We were both very impressed once again ! Having the experience on test driving this car was an absolute joy . Iky impressed us again with is enthusiasm and love for this DS7. And yes we fell in love with it straight away . We can’t thank this young man enough for being professional and helping us find a great deal . Unfortunately it’s a little more expensive than a 3008 and our budget was tight . So, we are looking forward to seeing Iky in a few months time when we’ve saved for a larger deposit. Excellent customer service ! See you soon Mike & Sue
